We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Branch Accountant for a 5-month fixed-term contract.
Based in Eldoret and reporting to the Credit Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch administrative operations, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures, and proactively following up with customers to support timely debt collection and account reconciliation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Credit Control and Debt Collection
Proactively follow up with customers to support debt collection activities through client visits, telephone calls, and email correspondence.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding account status, outstanding balances, and payment commitments.
Prepare and dispatch all necessary documentation to facilitate timely customer payments.
Ensure customer accounts are accurately reconciled and maintained up to date.
Investigate and resolve payment-related queries and disputes by liaising effectively with customers and internal stakeholder
Accounting and Internal Controls
Ensure the secure custody and prompt banking of all customer cheques received at the branch.
Prepare and submit daily banking summaries and analyses to Head Office by close of business each day.
Manage petty cash payments and reimbursements in accordance with approved policies and guidelines.
Maintain proper custody and filing of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
Reconcile and follow up on outstanding or missing Proof of Delivery documents and credit notes to ensure accurate record keeping.
Branch Administration and Requisitions
Manage branch stationery and office supply requirements, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times&lt;br /&gt;

Missions Principales
1. Transformation et Efficacité Opérationnelle
·       Optimisation des tournées et de la mobilité : Repenser l'organisation sur le terrain en passant à un zonage strictement géographique pour réduire les temps de trajet et augmenter le taux de résolution par jour.
·       Modernisation des moyens : Piloter le déploiement d'une nouvelle stratégie de mobilité (flotte hybride séparant la logistique lourde/livraison de consommables et les interventions techniques rapides).
·       Digitalisation des outils : Cartographier les parcs d'équipements (assets) et implémenter/optimiser les outils de suivi pour un pilotage en temps réel des interventions, des plannings et des tickets d'incidents.
·       Amélioration continue : Définir et suivre les KPI opérationnels (SLA, temps de réponse, taux de résolution à la première visite - First Time Fix Rate).
2. Pilotage de la Rentabilité et Suivi des Contrats
- Gestion du P&amp;L : Garantir et optimiser la rentabilité globale du pôle Printing et la marge de chaque contrat de leasing.
- Contrôle des flux : Mettre en place des processus de contrôle rigoureux pour assurer une stricte corrélation entre les relevés de compteurs (facturation) et les sorties de pièces/consommables (gestion des stocks).
 - Suivi de la maintenance : Piloter les plans de maintenance préventive et curative pour allonger la durée de vie des équipements et réduire les coûts d'intervention.

3. Développement Commercial et Partenariat
- Animation de l'offre : Promouvoir la vente de solutions d'impression en leasing (matériel, logiciels de gestion documentaire, maintenance).
 - Développement de portefeuille : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché, conquérir de nouveaux contrats et assurer une croissance organique (upsell/cross-sell) sur le parc existant.
 - Gestion du partenariat : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de notre partenaire RICOH et maximiser les synergies (notamment via le pilotage du commercial financé par la marque).

4. Management et Conduite du Changement
- Leadership : Encadrer, animer et faire monter en compétence une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Accompagnement : Assurer la conduite du changement auprès des équipes pour garantir l'adhésion aux nouveaux processus de travail et outils digitaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profil Recherché:
- Expérience : Manager jeune et dynamique avec un fort potentiel d'évolution, ou profil confirmé ayant une expérience probante dans la gestion d'un centre de profit, le management d'équipes techniques itinérantes (SAV) ou la gestion de services B2B.
- Connaissances métiers : Une expérience dans le secteur de l'impression (Managed Print Services - MPS), de la bureautique ou des télécoms est un atout fort.

Nous recrutons en CDI, un.e Pharmacien.ne Responsable Intérimaire de distribution Pharmaceutique.
Au sein du département QHSE de SOREDIP et directement rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous occupez une fonction stratégique visant à garantir la conformité pharmaceutique de nos activités dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution en Gros (BPDG), tout en contribuant à l’excellence opérationnelle aux côtés de la Direction des Opérations.
En qualité de Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire (PRI) et de référent(e) du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ), vous pilotez l’ensemble de la démarche Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement. Vous jouez un rôle moteur dans le développement d’une culture qualité et sécurité durable au sein de l’entreprise et encadrez un technicien QHSE afin de déployer efficacement les actions sur le terrain.
Vos missions principales :
Piloter la stratégie Qualité
Véritable garant(e) du SMQ, vous définissez, animez et améliorez en continu l’ensemble des processus qualité. Vous assurez notamment la gestion documentaire, la conduite des audits internes et des auto inspections, le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI), le traitement des non-conformités et des déviations, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA). Votre objectif est d’inscrire l’amélioration continue au cœur des pratiques de l’entreprise.
 Garantir la conformité pharmaceutique (mission PRI)
En appui du Pharmacien Responsable, vous veillez à l’application rigoureuse des BPDG et à la conformité réglementaire des opérations. Vous supervisez la traçabilité des produits, la gestion des retraits de marché, les contrôles de stocks et le traitement des réclamations. Vous entretenez également des relations de confiance avec les autorités compétentes.
 Assurer la veille réglementaire et normative
Vous réalisez une veille active sur les évolutions réglementaires, pharmaceutiques et HSE susceptibles d’impacter l’activité de l’entreprise. Vous analysez les nouveaux textes, évaluez leurs impacts opérationnels et coordonnez leur mise en œuvre au sein des processus internes. Vous accompagnez les équipes dans l’appropriation des nouvelles exigences et veillez à maintenir un haut niveau de conformité en anticipant les évolutions du cadre réglementaire.
 Animer et développer la démarche HSE
Vous accompagnez votre collaborateur QHSE dans sa montée en compétences et coordonnez les actions relatives à la santé, à la sécurité et à l’environnement. À ce titre, vous assurez notamment la mise à jour du DUERP, l’analyse des risques, le suivi des accidents du travail et le déploiement d’actions de prévention. Vous sensibilisez et formez les équipes aux bonnes pratiques sécurité et contribuez activement à la diffusion de la culture « ANZEN FIRST ».&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation et prérequis
Docteur en Pharmacie.
Inscrit(e) ou éligible à l’inscription à la Section E de l’Ordre National des Pharmaciens, condition indispensable pour exercer la fonction de PRI.
Expérience
Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en assurance qualité et/ou dans le secteur de la distribution pharmaceutique (grossiste-répartiteur, dépositaire ou laboratoire).
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des BPDG et des exigences réglementaires associées.
Bonne connaissance des outils d’analyse des risques et de résolution de problèmes.
Expérience du pilotage des processus Qualité et HSE.

-Provide Level 1 technical support and assistance to end-users who interact with the ERP systems (SAP, Syspro, TALO, Navision,MS Dynamics 365, Synertrade, SAGE, Fleetwave, Annata and others), addressing their questions, issues, and training needs.
-Monitor and optimize the ERP system's performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
-Coordinate the Super users of the various business systems across the CFAO Mobility Kenya group of companies to efficiently offer first level support to the user base. Act as the link between the super users and the consulting firms that support the business systems.

2.Integration, Configuration and Customization
-Integrate the ERP system with other applications and systems within the organization to streamline business processes and data exchange.
3.Security and Compliance
-Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard ERP data and access. This includes user access controls, data encryption, and adherence to compliance standards.
-Ensure that the ERP system complies with industry regulations, company policies, and data protection standards. Stay updated on relevant compliance requirements.
-Work with the risk department closely to review the user authorizations to ensure that the roles are properly segregated.
4.Data Management and Change Management
-Oversee data integrity, data imports, and data cleansing within the ERP system. Ensure that data quality standards are met.
-Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure that system changes and customizations do not introduce errors or issues.
5.Backup and Recovery
-Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data availability and continuity in the event of system failures or data loss.
6.Upgrades and Updates
-Plan and execute ERP system upgrades and updates, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and minimal disruption to operations.
7,Licensing, Payments and Documentation
-Ensure timely payment of all recurrent bills
-Manage the licensing for all business systems.
-Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies to aid in training and troubleshooting.
8.Vendor Management
-Collaborate with ERP vendors and service providers to address issues, obtain support, and negotiate contracts or service level agreements.
-Manage outsourced resources by ensuring that work is delivered as per contract SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Goods Reception

The successful candidate based in Nairobi and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations and overseeing the systems and processes governing product receipt, storage, and customer dispatch - ensuring high service standards, strict compliance, and continuous optimization of delivery times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Warehousing/Admin activities:
Manage and oversee reception, storage, and order preparation activities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and submit stock modification and investigation reports for processing, including expired, damaged, and non-conforming goods.
Coordinate stock management activities, including inventory transfers to other branch locations.
Maintain high standards of stock quality by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing stock-outs, analyzing customer returns, identifying short-dated products, coordinating inter-branch transfers, and facilitating the timely transfer of expired or non-saleable stock to the Head Office warehouse.
Manage product returns in full compliance with the approved Returns SOP.
Monitor and control inventory levels in accordance with CFAO Healthcare policies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations.
Plan, organize, and supervise product coding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
Document, investigate, and report all operational deviations within the area of responsibility in line with the Non-Conformity Management SOP, working closely with the Quality team where necessary.
Safeguard warehouse operations and inventory by enforcing security procedures and protocols.
Oversee the maintenance and physical condition of the warehouse facility and its equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Review existing SOPs and recommend improvements where necessary, while ensuring strict adherence to approved procedures across all warehouse operations.
Training, developing and mentoring warehouse employees. Perform annual appraisal interviews of your team members and assign needs/key objectives in line with Management strategy.
Warehousing/Admin KPI:
Maintain warehouse damages.
Ensure zero stock variances resulting from unauthorized stock modifications, with all inventory adjustments duly approved by both Quality Assurance (QA) and Management in accordance with company procedures.
Conduct daily physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with AS400 in line with the Stock Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Perform daily inspections of the warehouse facility and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and timely identification of maintenance requirements.
Monitor, maintain, report on, and achieve PAQE program targets in accordance with established PAQE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Outbound Activities:
Manage and maintain adequate, effective, and compliant insurance coverage for all logistics operations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of insurance claims in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

Bac + 4/5 Gestion, Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit ou tout autre diplôme
Disposer d’un acquis d’expériences antérieures dans recouvrement de crédit et gestion de portefeuille clients
