• Complete vehicle costing sheets and submit them to the Finance and Sales Team within 72 hours of stocking, ensuring timely and accurate financial documentation.
• Create job cards and ensure all details are correct, raising sublet orders when required to support accurate documentation and smooth operational processes.
• Close orders and ensure invoices are shared with the Finance Team for payment, while accurately loading invoices into the Teams folder for proper record‑keeping and compliance.
• Manage carrier plan arrangements in coordination with the Sales Team and the transporter, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth execution of carrier loads.
• Provide timely updates and accurate information to the Sales Team regarding vehicle arrivals in the country, ensuring smooth coordination and effective planning.
• Liaise, plan, and execute tasks in collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and process the binning of the parts received as soon as possible.
WAREHOUSE ROUTINE
Ensure parts, shelves and entire warehouse are always tidy by usage of applicable 5S methodology.
Report shortages and damages immediately to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor- Downstream for instructions.
Liaise with Warehouse Officer to ensure that lubricant quantities are reconciled monthly, and that there would not be any shortage.
Check all damaged goods being returned, and report to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor - Downstream or General Manager- Aftersales for instruction.

Négocier les taux de financement, les taux de transfert
Assurer l’arbitrage des mouvements bancaires (approvisionnement caisse, nivellement bancaire et équilibre des flux par rapport aux engagements des banques)
Contrôler mensuellement les frais de service bancaires et les charges financières (intérêt d’emprunt, agios, frais de découvert, intérêt spot)
Établir les claims banque dans les temps et effectuer un reporting mensuel desdits claims (suivi des remboursements, ratio d’efficacité des claims)
Effectuer le reporting trimestriel de trésorerie au format groupe
Établir et transmettre 1 fois par semaine la situation de trésorerie avec projection fin de mois courant
Suivre les encaissements et décaissements par nature afin d’émettre un rapport mensuel comparant les flux de trésorerie réel vs le budget de trésorerie (rapport à transmettre au DAF)
Participer au budget de trésorerie avec le DAF&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Être titulaire d’au moins un Bac +3 en finance et comptabilité

To oversee the day to day management of the workshop
The overall productivity and efficiency of the Team 
The quality of the repairs conducted by the Team members 
The overall cleanliness and appearance of His/her designated area
The security and maintenance of tools and equipment under his/her teams control
Ensuring the Team works according to company's Safe and Health Policies 
Ensure the workshop Team reports on time
Check all closed job cards and submit to to service controller
Monitoring the process of all repairs being conducted and manufacturer standard operating procedures 
Conducting quality checks on completion and rest drive with the Technician if the job dictates
Forwarding manufacturer quality concerns to management 
Recommending and assisting in Team member disciplinary action when necessary 
Compiling internal technical reports/requests and actively participate in Workshop requests
Communicate constantly with the Service Manager on all aspects pertaining to the Team and Workshop
Immediately report to the Service Manager on all dysfunctional equipment
Liaise with technical trainer on any training for the Team 
Attend to customer complaints and where necessary refer to appropriate personnel
Notify Service Advisors for authorization of Parts to be ordered for vehicles Off road (VORs)
Adjudicate warranty in conjunction with the Service Advisor 
All other duties as may be assigned by management &lt;br /&gt;

To actively prospect both established and prospective customers through Personal contact – either by visit, invitation to show room, during marketing events; Telephonic or On-line meetings
To adhere to visitation and contact guidelines/requirements for key account customers.
To manage web enquiries as per company guidelines and requirements.
To maintain an accurate and up to date Customer database – ensuring the recording of all relevant contact points with customers in the database.
To open and maintain sales files as per company procedures – ensure that all the sales files required documentation/contents are accurate and filed correctly and in order.
To quantify prospective deals by percentage where 100% is definite sale and 10% is improbable:
