Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Affairs Support
Assist with the preparation, compilation, submission and follow-up of regulatory applications.
Support renewals, amendments, variations, licence updates and product information changes.
Assist with the maintenance of regulatory trackers, submission records, approval letters and authority correspondence.
Assist with the review of product information, labels, package inserts and artwork.
Assist with the review of product claims aligned to approved product information and are appropriately substantiated.
Support marketing, commercial and medical teams with compliant product communication.

Branch:
Ensure clear and timely reports as and when required by the GM and PE Management Team
Ensure the George team follow all system and procedural processes as per our SOP’s, PACI, ISO and ASEC requirements
Financial
Ensure adequate financial internal controls are in place and adhered to as per overall Company requirements
Provide timely and accurate financial reports monthly and as and when required
Ensure the branch assets are managed according to set objectives
Ensure that all budgets and financial forecasts are achieved
Critical examination of information for accuracy
Rental
Ensure that all processes are strictly adhered to in relation to STR fleet with the support from Commercial Manager and Team
Ensure that Sales and GP targets are met, rental fleet utilization is as per set targets, growth of STR rental fleet, maintenance of STR fleet as per service &amp; load test schedules, that quality of maintenance and costs correspond in line with budget, ensure invoicing takes place within agreed time frames and STR stock counts are done as per company policy.
Parts:
With the support of the Regional Parts Manager, ensure that sales and GP targets are met, stock availability is as per set targets, parts obsolescence is controlled and ensure that parts inventories / perpetual stock counts are done as per company policy.
Effective management of Aftermarket Representative to ensure targets are met, visibility in the market and growth of market share in all departments.
Service and Maintenance
Ensure work in progress, service scheduling and load testing is managed in line with company policies.
Profitability of maintenance contracts are managed in line with company policy and warranty claims processing is in line with set regulations and submitted for processing timeously.
Manage Technician Labour Recovery and achieve monthly targets as per set budgets with support from PE Maintenance Manager.
Debtors
Assist PE Debtors team with any Debtors disputes as and when required
Creditors
Support PE Creditors Team by ensuring accurate and timeous receipt and verification of invoices, and assisting with any Creditors disputes as and when required

Liaise with key staff to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
Ensure that all work is carried out according to the franchise standards.
Ensure that all costing and claims are correct and timeous.
Ensure effective control procedures are applied to all vehicles booked in.
Ensure that no vehicle leaves the workshop without payment.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
Ensure the tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
Analyze come backs, discuss with the productive staff responsible and institute/introduce effective remedial action.

Liaise with parts department regarding outstanding parts on order.
Ensure that the responsible person contact the customers with regards to parts that was ordered and arrived.
Ensure that warranty claim parts are returned to warranty store.
Minimize unproductive time.
Control issuing of consumable materials.
Maintain and update technical knowledge and skills.
Ensure timeous oil dips with reports.
Ensure that all the required Manufacturer’s reporting is done timeously.
Carry out additional duties from time to time at the discretion of management.
Adhere to all CSDP Programs.
Achieve and maintain the monthly/quarterly OEM Customer Experience Rating Score at maximum payout target as determined by the OEM.
Obtain OEM Program Criteria to ensure dealership Financial Award.
Ensure regular meetings are held with staff, including filed minutes.

Keep up to date with environmental standards
Ensure that there is an up-to-date trained Health and Safety Representative, Fire Marshal and First Aider
