To ensure that all customer/client vehicles are fixed right the first time hence achieving service throughput and revenue targets as well as customer satisfaction.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Achieve sales targets for VW, Ford, Suzuki, and Toyota workshop services through effectively servicing customers/client vehicles as per service menus.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspection on all new vehicles prior to delivery.
• Provide quality workmanship through fixing customer/client vehicles right the first time in order to avoid repeat jobs.
• Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts that need replacement and proper fitment of vehicle parts.
• Manage his/her performance through active identification of training needs &amp; participation in available training &amp; development programmes.
• Timely and accurate communication of vehicle defects through preparation &amp; submitting of defect reports to supervisor.
• Respond to &amp; handle customer/client complaints promptly through addressing all repeat jobs brought to his/her attention to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Proper management of all technical tools &amp; equipment allocated to you at all times to avoid accidents and wastage.
• Adhere to workshop standards by carefully handling customer/client vehicles &amp; tools to avoid damages and losses.
• Managing the Warranty part tagging safe keeping.
• Any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.&lt;br /&gt;

To be the principal contact point between the Sales Department and the Customer./client
To effectively manage and grow a customer database with the key objective of maximizing the sales of Volkswagen (VW) and Suzuki, New Vehicles &amp; Accessories at, or above the set profit objectives.
To ensure that all Customers Sales experiences exceed their expectations.
To actively participate in Marketing activities.
Meeting the set sales objectives at, or above, the set gross profit target.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The analysis of the market and develop individual strategies to meet set objectives and targets.
To create individual annual, monthly, and weekly action plans to ensure that individual sales activities and performance parameters are achieved.
To accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales and model mix.
To ensure that the Show room is maintained to the Brands Standards and that all vehicles displayed are in immaculate condition to be demonstrated to Customers/clients, battery charged, clean and polished, etc.
To promote housekeeping standards and keep workstation clean and organized.
To actively prospect both established and prospective customers through Personal contact – either by visit, invitation to show room, during marketing events; Telephonic or On-line meetings
To adhere to visitation and contact guidelines/requirements for key account customers.
To manage web enquiries as per company guidelines and requirements.
To maintain an accurate and up to date Customer database – ensuring the recording of all relevant contact points with customers in the database.
To open and maintain sales files as per company procedures – ensure that all the sales files required documentation/contents are accurate and filed correctly and in order.
To quantify prospective deals by percentage where 100% is definite sale and 10% is improbable:
To manage orders in liaison with Logistics Team and to effectively communicate with Customers regarding delivery of their orders.
To receive, handle and manage Customer complaints or concerns and ensure the speedy resolution
To contribute towards and actively participate in Brand or Company marketing initiatives.
To compile daily, weekly, monthly reports as required and ensure their submission ahead of deadlines.
To report lost sales and analysis of the reasons.
Actively participate in all training programs as required by the relevant Brands or by by Management.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products / models.
Know the competitors products and understand local market influences.
Any other duties that may be required from time to time&lt;br /&gt;
