Job details :
Drive Mitsubishi sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while building and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Acquisition Sell Mitsubishi vehicles distributed by CFAO Mobility, consistently meeting or exceeding a minimum monthly target of 12 units. Visit at least 60 unique customers monthly, accurately logging all interactions and updates in the CRM. Attend to all showroom visitors on assigned duty days, ensuring a professional and responsive customer experience. Client Relationship Management Maintain consistent follow-up with clients throughout the sales cycle to drive deal closure. Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with both customers and colleagues. Gather and report relevant customer insights to management to support business planning. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions. Transaction & Documentation Management Verify and accurately record all customer details. Establish and maintain proper documentation/files for every transaction. Ensure full payment collection for all vehicle sales in line with agreed terms. Create and maintain prospect/customer tracking sheets to support the CRM-based follow-up system. Performance & Compliance Monitor and review personal sales performance against monthly targets, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Adhere strictly to company compliance policies and procedures in all duties. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

CFAO Mobility Ghana is seeking to hire and energetic, hands-on and detail-driven Warehouse Assistant to keep our operations moving smoothly. If you are organised, reliable and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork matter, this could be your next move.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following. PARTS Pick-up parts from locations using a picking list: ensuring that the quantities are respected, and the parts are in good condition. Ensure the Security Officer checks the parts and ensure the time of control is recorded on the picking sheet. RECEPTION Ensure that the consignment’s documentation corresponds to the goods delivered. Assist to offload the consignments delivered to the CFAO Mobility Ghana PLC Warehouse from Containers or Air shipments. Check and report any shortage/damage on delivery before signing the documentation. Prepare and process the binning of the parts received as soon as possible. WAREHOUSE ROUTINE Ensure parts, shelves and entire warehouse are always tidy by usage of applicable 5S methodology. Report shortages and damages immediately to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor- Downstream for instructions. Liaise with Warehouse Officer to ensure that lubricant quantities are reconciled monthly, and that there would not be any shortage. Check all damaged goods being returned, and report to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor - Downstream or General Manager- Aftersales for instruction. Perform any other duties assigned to you by the company.
