Au sein de la Business Unit Toyota, nous recherchons un(e) Animateur réseau Service chargé(e) d'accompagner le développement de nos activités après-vente et de garantir l'excellence opérationnelle de notre réseau de distributeurs sur plusieurs pays.
Véritable partenaire du réseau, vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie après-vente Toyota, au développement des performances des distributeurs et à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client.
 
Vos principales missions :
Déploiement de la stratégie après-vente Toyota
Mettre en œuvre les orientations stratégiques et les plans à moyen terme de l'activité Après-Vente.
Accompagner les distributeurs dans le déploiement de leurs plans d'actions.
Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des budgets annuels.
Contribuer aux projets d'expansion du réseau, aux études de capacité et aux prévisions d'activité.
Accompagnement opérationnel du réseau
Réaliser des visites régulières chez les distributeurs afin d'apporter un support opérationnel sur le terrain (Genchi Genbutsu).
Analyser les reportings mensuels et les indicateurs de performance du réseau.
Identifier les axes d'amélioration concernant les installations, l'organisation et les processus.
Suivre les performances financières et recommander des plans d'amélioration.
Développer des relations de travail efficaces avec Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC), CFAO, TSAM et les partenaires distributeurs.
Excellence opérationnelle et qualité de service
Déployer les standards Toyota, notamment le programme Fix It Right (FIR) et les certifications associées.
Superviser les campagnes techniques, la gestion des garanties et les remontées terrain.
Assurer la coordination entre les activités Pièces et Service.
Piloter les démarches d'amélioration continue (Kaizen).
Soutenir les initiatives de fidélisation clientèle.
Participer à l'organisation et à l'animation des conférences régionales.
Accompagner les actions marketing ayant un impact sur l'activité après-vente.
Assurer le déploiement du programme PADA et l'atteinte des objectifs associés.
Développement des compétences et accompagnement du réseau
Conseiller les distributeurs sur leurs besoins en formation et développement des compétences.
Participer aux programmes de développement des talents.
Organiser et animer des sessions de formation auprès des équipes du réseau.
Reporting, gouvernance et sécurité
Contribuer à la préparation des reportings mensuels et annuels.
Piloter les actions de sécurité (ANZEN) auprès des distributeurs et des équipes internes.
Garantir une communication fluide entre l'ensemble des parties prenantes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation
Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur, idéalement dans un domaine technique ou automobile.
Formation technique automobile appréciée.

Expérience
Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans le secteur automobile, avec une expertise significative en après-vente.
Expérience de travail avec un réseau de distributeurs ou concessionnaires.
Connaissance des standards de qualité et des processus après-vente.
Compétences techniques
Bonne maîtrise des activités après-vente automobile.
Solides compétences en analyse financière et pilotage de la performance.
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Connaissance des systèmes de gestion après-vente tels que SAP, Annata, Incadea ou Autoline.

Missions principales 

Développement Commercial

Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities

Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting

Support field technicians with escalated technical issues and root cause analysis
Recommend corrective actions and permanent solutions to recurring failures
Act as the technical escalation point for complex and recurring equipment failures

Preventive Maintenance and Reliability
Develop, implement, and review preventive maintenance programmes in line with OEM guidelines
Monitor equipment condition, analyse failure trends, and recommend improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and lifecycle cost

Installation, Commissioning, and Modification
Support or lead commissioning new equipment and attachments
Perform calibration, parameter setting, and functional testing in accordance with OEM specifications
Assist with equipment upgrades, retrofits, and modifications
Ensure equipment is configured correctly for site operating conditions


Health, Safety, and Legislative Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993)

The primary objective of the Parts Counter Salesperson is to sell spare and replacement parts and equipment to external clients, as well as internal workshops; to process information, records, orders, stock levels, accuracy of stocks and to maintain, evaluate and continuously improve policies, procedures, standards and processes for the parts sales function.


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education / training and experience required for this position:
Matric / Grade 12 as minimum qualification plus proven experience and success in parts sales in the material handling or related industry; minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience
Code 8 Driver’s licence
Experience in and understanding of counter sales functions.
Understanding and working knowledge of Kerridge system
Advanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Knowledge of mathematical principles, statistics, and their applications.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of quality control processes, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective storage and distribution of products (equipment and parts)

o    Work In Progress:  monitor and manage the team efforts and process of closing jobs to ensure WIP is at all times within acceptable parameters / limits; checking with controllers why jobs older than set parameters / time frames are still open; assist with resolving issues relating to closing such jobs; reviewing, implementing and continuously developing processes related to WIP to ensure it is managed within acceptable parameters; ensures accuracy of data captured - analyse and correct accuracy of data captured on WIPs &amp; WIP invoicing
o    Debtors:  overall contact person for debtor’s department – receive, distribute to foremen / product support engineer(s) and follow up on debtors’ queries / requests for assistance, prepare and submit feedback either verbally or written to debtor’s department and Aftermarket Managers.
o    Creditors:  overall responsibility to assist Aftermarket Managers to ensure Aftermarket department creditors are managed in line with company policy and requirements: check the reconciliations for outstanding invoices – follow up on those and ensure the outstanding invoices are received, processed and prepared for payment; clear the purchase awaiting invoices report.
o    Labour Recovery:  monitor labour sales per technician, ensure that labour recovery data is captured and inputted daily by the controllers to ensure accurate information is available at all times.

o    Analyse and identify loss-making Aftermarket contracts; escalate these for attention of the Aftermarket manager to       analyse and identify machines working overtime without the hours being invoiced; escalate these for attention of the Aftermarket managers
o    Analysing and correcting accuracy of data captured on WIPs &amp; WIP invoicing
o    Ensure the warranty claims process is done accurately and submitted timeously, ensure recovery of warranty claims are tracked and managed – drive the product support engineers regarding this matter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Overall responsibility to ensure all administrative functions are in place and being followed / implemented effectively and in line with company and system requirements; overall responsibility to ensure administrative tasks performed by self and admin team are completed accurately and timeously
