- Animer en direct l’activité commerciale de 2 pays pour l’ensemble des marques chinoises
PRODUIT
- Définition des montées en gamme des marques en fonction des spécifications concurrence
- Alimentation au quotidien du référentiel produit interne
- Edition des fiches produits, brochures, référent sur iconographie des modèles
ETUDES ET OUTILS
- Participer à l’élaboration de l’analyse marché et recommandations
- Assurer le suivi et la négociation quotidienne avec les fournisseurs
- Exploitation quotidienne du CRM interne, mise au point et diffusion de reportings
MARKETING OPERATIONNEL
- Supporter et animer les plans marketing des filiales
- Piloter les sites web de marque, réseaux sociaux, et contenus éditoriaux
- Assurer le suivi des stocks, des ventes et des immatriculations via les outils internes
- Aider à l'élaboration des best practices et mémos marque pour les filiales&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
COMPETENCES :
-  Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais
-  Suite Office : Bonne maîtrise d’Excel impérative

PROFIL :
De formation supérieure en Marketing / Commerce International (Ecole de Commerce, BAC+4 / +5), vous maîtrisez les différentes problématiques liées au commerce international et avez acquis une première expérience, idéalement dans le secteur automobile.
Votre esprit d’analyse, votre goût pour le travail en équipe ainsi que vos capacités à animer votre périmètre seront autant d’atout pour vous accompagner dans la conduite de votre activité.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable. La connaissance du mandarin est un plus.

Present and always promote the company image and products.

Proven, successful track record and experience in Commercial truck sales
Knowledge and understanding of the National Road Traffic Act 93 of 1996

Mission principale : 
Le Commercial Pièces de Rechange Itinérant est l'ambassadeur terrain de Suzuki by CFAO auprès des ateliers indépendants, garages multimarques, réparateurs agréés et revendeurs de pièces détachées. Il est chargé de développer et de fidéliser un portefeuille de clients professionnels en leur proposant les pièces d'origine Suzuki, les consommables et les accessoires. Il contribue directement au développement du chiffre d'affaires pièces hors comptoir et au rayonnement de la marque sur le marché secondaire ivoirien.

Activités
- Prospection et développement commercial terrain
• Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients professionnels : garages indépendants, ateliers multimarques, stations-service, revendeurs de pièces dans la zone couverte 
• Effectuer des visites régulières et planifiées du portefeuille clients selon un plan de tournée hebdomadaire validé par le DPS
• Présenter et promouvoir la gamme de pièces d'origine Suzuki, consommables et accessoires auprès des clients professionnels 
• Identifier les besoins spécifiques de chaque client et formuler des propositions commerciales adaptées (devis, offres groupées, conditions tarifaires)
• Négocier les conditions de vente dans le cadre de la grille tarifaire définie par la Direction
- Fidélisation et gestion du portefeuille clients
• Maintenir une relation commerciale de proximité et de confiance avec chaque client du portefeuille
• Assurer le suivi des commandes passées : délais de livraison, conformité des pièces livrées, satisfaction client
• Monitorer les ventes manquées et les besoins non couverts pour remonter les informations au DPS et améliorer l'assortiment stock
• Traiter les réclamations et litiges de premier niveau avec professionnalisme et réactivité
• Alerter le DPS sur toute opportunité commerciale ou menace concurrentielle identifiée sur le terrain (nouvelles marques chinoises, promotions concurrents) 
• Proposer systématiquement les accessoires, produits d'entretien et consommables complémentaires (vente additionnelle)

- Interface avec le magasin et la logistique
• Transmettre les commandes clients dans le DMS en temps réel depuis le terrain (application mobile ou retour site)
• Vérifier avec le magasin la disponibilité des pièces avant toute confirmation de commande au client
• Coordonner avec le magasinier et le DPS les livraisons terrain : délais, conditionnement, bon de livraison
• Signaler toute rupture de stock ou référence manquante à forte demande sur le terrain
• Participer à l'inventaire annuel et aux audits internes de l'activité pièces de rechange

- Performance commerciale et reporting
• Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires pièces itinérant fixés mensuellement par le DPS
• Suivre son taux de transformation visites/commandes et identifier les axes d'amélioration
• Renseigner quotidiennement le rapport de visite (clients vus, commandes prises, incidents, opportunités)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure budget and sales objectives are met by selling Dealership's value-added products and supporting the sales staff.

PURPOSE OF JOB 
The Finance Graduate will be responsible for carrying out accounting and administrative duties such as the processing and payment of vendors’ invoices, reconciliation of statements, following-up on unpaid vendors, obtaining statements and invoices and to provide book keeping and clerical support to all financial functions.
This person would also be responsible for the Bank Reconciliation process (Cashbooks) which will include accurate allocation of cash on the company’s bank accounts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Accounts Payable 
- Reconcile Invoices, requisitions, purchase orders etc 
- Support weekly and monthly payment run preparation.
- Ensure three quotes are obtained from vendors prior to payment processing 
-  Resolve supplier queries with guidance from Senior Team Member" 
- Ensure invoices agree to the Contracts / Quotations / Orders etc 
- Ensure all invoice are Vat compliant &amp; the correct Vat treatment is applied to invoices 
- Capture creditors invoices on timeously basis 
- Timeous follow up &amp; resolution of all Accounts Payable queries 
- Forward remittance advices and statements to suppliers after completion of payment run 
- Open Vendor Accounts on system (Post vetting &amp; approval) 
- Assist in vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on unresolved items.

Accounts Receivable 
- Raise invoices, liaise with customers on payments &amp; ensure the companies overdues are kept to a minimum 
- Obtain debtors reconciliations and resolve all queries 
- Capture receipts and allocate customer payments.
- Support preparation of age analysis reports.
- Maintain accurate customer account records.

Bank Reconciliations (Cashbooks) 
- Processing transactions to cashbooks daily 
- Maintain &amp; reconcile cashbooks to bank statements weekly 
- Report discrepancies to the responsible accountant for resolution.


Other Duties 
- Ensure audit deliverables are maintained according to the standard required by the auditors (Internal / External) 
- Assist in preparation of cost/profit centre reports, by maintaining and providing analytical Assistance 
- Maintain filing on a monthly basis

Maintenance of VSB records for accuracy and completeness.
Monitoring of shipments and Updating ETA.
Ensuring stock status and locations are accurate on stock management system.
Costing and price calculation of equipment.
Establish and ensure proper communication channels with branches (sales managers, sales representatives, branch VSB administrators and dealerships regarding stock queries and reservations).
Liaise with clearing / logistics agents regarding shipments and transport.
Maintenance of franchise data module information.
Overall responsibility to accurately and timeously prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by manager and / or branches, e.g.: reports on machines delivery lead time / dates, general stock reports, etc.
