Sous la responsabilité du Responsable HSE du projet, le/la stagiaire contribue à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du système de management Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement sur le chantier :
Appliquer et faire respecter les règles et procédures HSE du client (Total) et de l'entreprise
Réaliser des inspections et des visites de sécurité quotidiennes du chantier et rédiger les rapports associés
Animer les causeries sécurité (toolbox meetings) et participer à l'accueil sécurité des nouveaux arrivants
Contrôler le port et l'état des EPI, ainsi que la conformité des équipements, engins et outils de travail
Participer à l'analyse des risques (JSA/AMDEC, plans de prévention) et au suivi des permis de travail
Signaler, enregistrer et participer à l'analyse des incidents, accidents et presqu'accidents, et suivre les actions correctives
Veiller à la gestion des déchets, à la prévention des pollutions et au respect des exigences environnementales
Participer aux exercices d'urgence et à la vérification du matériel de premiers secours et de lutte incendie
Tenir à jour les indicateurs HSE (taux de fréquence, observations, formations, audits) et contribuer au reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel
Sensibiliser les équipes et les sous-traitants à la culture sécurité

• Formation en cours ou récente : Bac+2 à Bac+5 en HSE, QHSE, prévention des risques, génie civil, génie industriel ou domaine équivalent
Première expérience ou stage en HSE sur chantier appréciée (BTP, énergie, pétrole et gaz)
Connaissance des référentiels ISO 45001, ISO 14001 et de la réglementation HSE applicable

Missions Principales
1. Transformation et Efficacité Opérationnelle
·       Optimisation des tournées et de la mobilité : Repenser l'organisation sur le terrain en passant à un zonage strictement géographique pour réduire les temps de trajet et augmenter le taux de résolution par jour.
·       Modernisation des moyens : Piloter le déploiement d'une nouvelle stratégie de mobilité (flotte hybride séparant la logistique lourde/livraison de consommables et les interventions techniques rapides).
·       Digitalisation des outils : Cartographier les parcs d'équipements (assets) et implémenter/optimiser les outils de suivi pour un pilotage en temps réel des interventions, des plannings et des tickets d'incidents.
·       Amélioration continue : Définir et suivre les KPI opérationnels (SLA, temps de réponse, taux de résolution à la première visite - First Time Fix Rate).
2. Pilotage de la Rentabilité et Suivi des Contrats
- Gestion du P&amp;L : Garantir et optimiser la rentabilité globale du pôle Printing et la marge de chaque contrat de leasing.
- Contrôle des flux : Mettre en place des processus de contrôle rigoureux pour assurer une stricte corrélation entre les relevés de compteurs (facturation) et les sorties de pièces/consommables (gestion des stocks).
 - Suivi de la maintenance : Piloter les plans de maintenance préventive et curative pour allonger la durée de vie des équipements et réduire les coûts d'intervention.

3. Développement Commercial et Partenariat
- Animation de l'offre : Promouvoir la vente de solutions d'impression en leasing (matériel, logiciels de gestion documentaire, maintenance).
 - Développement de portefeuille : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché, conquérir de nouveaux contrats et assurer une croissance organique (upsell/cross-sell) sur le parc existant.
 - Gestion du partenariat : Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de notre partenaire RICOH et maximiser les synergies (notamment via le pilotage du commercial financé par la marque).

4. Management et Conduite du Changement
- Leadership : Encadrer, animer et faire monter en compétence une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Accompagnement : Assurer la conduite du changement auprès des équipes pour garantir l'adhésion aux nouveaux processus de travail et outils digitaux.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Profil Recherché:
- Expérience : Manager jeune et dynamique avec un fort potentiel d'évolution, ou profil confirmé ayant une expérience probante dans la gestion d'un centre de profit, le management d'équipes techniques itinérantes (SAV) ou la gestion de services B2B.
- Connaissances métiers : Une expérience dans le secteur de l'impression (Managed Print Services - MPS), de la bureautique ou des télécoms est un atout fort.

Compétences clés :
- Bonne capacité d'analyse (lecture d'un P&amp;L, suivi de rentabilité).
- Appétence forte pour les outils digitaux et l'optimisation logistique.

Votre mission:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Science Affairs in South Africa, with regional oversight and support across Southern African markets. The portfolio spans prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, consumer health products, medical devices, cosmetics and complementary medicines.
Act as the company’s Responsible Pharmacist in South Africa and ensure that licensed pharmaceutical activities, product quality, regulatory compliance and patient safety are effectively governed. Lead the Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Quality functions, while acting as a proactive business partner who helps the organisation identify opportunities, anticipate constraints and develop practical, compliant solutions that support responsible growth, supply continuity and timely market access.

Minimum requirements
· Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and current registration as a pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council, in good standing.
· Eligibility and appropriate experience to be appointed as Responsible Pharmacist for the company’s licensed activities.
· At least 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, including substantial experience in regulatory affairs, quality, medical affairs or pharmacovigilance.
· At least 3 years in a leadership role with accountability for people, priorities, governance and cross-functional delivery.
· Demonstrated knowledge of South African medicines and pharmacy legislation, health-product advertising requirements, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
· Experience working with a mixed portfolio that may include prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, medical devices, complementary medicines, cosmetics or food supplements.
· Experience engaging with health authorities and managing compliance across South Africa; African market or regional experience is strongly preferred.
· Ability to travel and to act with the independence, judgement and professional accountability expected of a Responsible Pharmacist.

Prestataire de référence dans la distribution pharmaceutique à La Réunion, SOREDIP partage avec ses clients la connaissance de leur marché et la déontologie de leur métier.
Nous recrutons en CDI, un.e Pharmacien.ne Responsable Intérimaire de distribution Pharmaceutique.
Au sein du département QHSE de SOREDIP et directement rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous occupez une fonction stratégique visant à garantir la conformité pharmaceutique de nos activités dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution en Gros (BPDG), tout en contribuant à l’excellence opérationnelle aux côtés de la Direction des Opérations.
En qualité de Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire (PRI) et de référent(e) du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ), vous pilotez l’ensemble de la démarche Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement. Vous jouez un rôle moteur dans le développement d’une culture qualité et sécurité durable au sein de l’entreprise et encadrez un technicien QHSE afin de déployer efficacement les actions sur le terrain.
Vos missions principales :
Piloter la stratégie Qualité
Véritable garant(e) du SMQ, vous définissez, animez et améliorez en continu l’ensemble des processus qualité. Vous assurez notamment la gestion documentaire, la conduite des audits internes et des auto inspections, le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI), le traitement des non-conformités et des déviations, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA). Votre objectif est d’inscrire l’amélioration continue au cœur des pratiques de l’entreprise.
 Garantir la conformité pharmaceutique (mission PRI)
En appui du Pharmacien Responsable, vous veillez à l’application rigoureuse des BPDG et à la conformité réglementaire des opérations. Vous supervisez la traçabilité des produits, la gestion des retraits de marché, les contrôles de stocks et le traitement des réclamations. Vous entretenez également des relations de confiance avec les autorités compétentes.
 Assurer la veille réglementaire et normative
Vous réalisez une veille active sur les évolutions réglementaires, pharmaceutiques et HSE susceptibles d’impacter l’activité de l’entreprise. Vous analysez les nouveaux textes, évaluez leurs impacts opérationnels et coordonnez leur mise en œuvre au sein des processus internes. Vous accompagnez les équipes dans l’appropriation des nouvelles exigences et veillez à maintenir un haut niveau de conformité en anticipant les évolutions du cadre réglementaire.
 Animer et développer la démarche HSE
Vous accompagnez votre collaborateur QHSE dans sa montée en compétences et coordonnez les actions relatives à la santé, à la sécurité et à l’environnement. À ce titre, vous assurez notamment la mise à jour du DUERP, l’analyse des risques, le suivi des accidents du travail et le déploiement d’actions de prévention. Vous sensibilisez et formez les équipes aux bonnes pratiques sécurité et contribuez activement à la diffusion de la culture « ANZEN FIRST ».&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation et prérequis
Docteur en Pharmacie.
Inscrit(e) ou éligible à l’inscription à la Section E de l’Ordre National des Pharmaciens, condition indispensable pour exercer la fonction de PRI.
Expérience
Vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en assurance qualité et/ou dans le secteur de la distribution pharmaceutique (grossiste-répartiteur, dépositaire ou laboratoire).
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des BPDG et des exigences réglementaires associées.
Bonne connaissance des outils d’analyse des risques et de résolution de problèmes.
Expérience du pilotage des processus Qualité et HSE.

Animation &amp; collaboration :
Animer les acteurs des processus internes (LLD, LCD, Géoloc &amp; Flotte), dans un objectif de satisfaction clients, traitement des réclamations, réunions clients…),  et s’assurer de la disponibilité de l’information pour le suivi des flottes des clients par le service commercial (différents KPIs opérationnels pour les Business Review).

Améliorer les processus opérationnels de l’ensemble des activités (LLD, LCD, Géolocalisation &amp; Flotte), pour plus de célérité et d’efficacité dans la délivrance des tâches au quotidien.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marge, productivité, qualité, sécurité).
Pôle Management :
Avec le support du Responsable RH, recruter, animer et former ses équipes dans un souci de performance continue.
Garantir la production et la performance du service ADV (LLD, LCD, Géolocalisation &amp; Flotte).
Garantir la défense de nos intérêts auprès des clients au retour des véhicules en veillant à la transmission systématique des devis liés aux extras contrats (écarts) aux clients vs standard.
Encadrer, développer et évaluer les équipes opérationnelles.


Activité back office :
Proposer les entrées et sorties en flotte en accord avec la Direction Générale et la Responsable Commerciale (LCD).
Contrôler la montée dans les délais des reporting et états mensuels au siège.
Participer à l’élaboration des budgets (LLD, LCD, Géolocalisation &amp; Flotte).
Proposer et monter les demandes d’investissement (DAI - LCD) en véhicules selon les standards.
Qualité :
Veiller au respect et à la mise en place de la politique qualité automobile du groupe au sein de tous les départements (LLD, LCD, Géolocalisation &amp; Flotte).
Veiller au respect des standards PACI et initier les actions nécessaires.
Veiller au strict respect des standards du franchiseur et initier les actions nécessaires.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

By overseeing all aspects of field service operations, the Service Manager helps ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial success.

Key Performance Areas:
(Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities)
1. Leadership and People Management
•  Lead and manage technicians, artisans, apprentices and support staff to achieve department objectives.
• Set clear performance expectations and build a professional, accountable and continuously improving work culture.
• Drive coaching, skills development, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, people processes and disciplinary requirements.
2. Financial Performance, Budgeting and Labour Recovery
• Own the Service department’s financial performance and annual budget, ensuring delivery against revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, overheads, consumables and labour recovery, and implement corrective actions where performance is off target.
• Identify and eliminate revenue leakage, including time-capture gaps, non-billable time, travel losses, incorrect system usage and policy non-compliance.
• Ensure accurate job costing, timely GRN processing, WIP conversion, invoice turnaround, job closure and month-end revenue recognition.
• Reporting on contract-level service margins, drive profitability improvement initiatives, including rate recovery, rework reduction and cost control.
3. Service Operations, WIP and Throughput
• Plan, coordinate and oversee service, maintenance and repair activities from job-card creation through execution, invoicing and closure.
• Establish and manage backlog and WIP governance, including ageing analysis, escalation thresholds, prioritisation and closure discipline.
•  Improve turnaround times, planning adherence, first-time-fix performance and right-first-time execution using lean and PDCA principles.
• Identify service constraints and bottlenecks, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of parts delays, GRN issues, approvals and other job-closure barriers.
• Provide leadership with visibility of operational performance, service risks and corrective actions.

4. Resource and Capacity Planning
• Optimise the use of labour, equipment and materials to improve efficiency, response times and cost performance.
• Drive effective maintenance planning through improved planned-versus-reactive work ratios, PM compliance, scheduling discipline and parts readiness.
• Balance workloads and routing, and provide data-based recommendations on overtime, outsourcing, recruitment and resource allocation.
5. Quality, Safety and Compliance
• Enforce OEM and internal quality standards across all field service activities and drive first-time quality with minimal rework.
• Use inspections, audits and root-cause analysis to identify quality failures.
• Ensure toolbox talks, risk assessments and internal audits are conducted as required.
• Maintain compliance with CFAO policies, OEM procedures, ISO requirements, ASEC requirements and applicable local laws.
6. Contract Performance and Commercial Improvement
• Monitor service and maintenance contract performance, including margin, cost-to-serve, SLA compliance, uptime delivery and operational risk.
• Identify underperforming, loss-making or commercially exposed contracts and lead structured turnaround plans.
• Recommend scope controls, pricing corrections, service-model changes and execution improvements to restore contract performance.
• Develop contract scorecards and review mechanisms to support renewal, retention and commercial decision-making.
• Provide operational and financial insight to support customer engagement and contract negotiation strategies.
7. Supplier and Vendor Management
• Manage relationships and performance with external repair vendors and parts suppliers.
• Ensure timely return of critical-path components and validate repair quality before acceptance.
• Negotiate and manage pricing and delivery terms to support cost control and operational efficiency.
8. Strategic Planning and Growth
• Develop and execute the Service department strategy in alignment with CFAO’s long-term business plan.
• Grow service contracts and actively promote the Service offering to internal and external stakeholders.
• Position Service as a key contributor to equipment lifecycle solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Rental to align service capability with market demand, customer needs and growth opportunities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills Education / Training and Experience Requirement (s):
National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•  Business management qualification or relevant management training is advantageous.
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience managing a workshop, maintenance or service department within a heavy machinery, automotive or industrial equipment.

Warehousing/Admin activities:
Manage and oversee reception, storage, and order preparation activities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare and submit stock modification and investigation reports for processing, including expired, damaged, and non-conforming goods.
Coordinate stock management activities, including inventory transfers to other branch locations.
Maintain high standards of stock quality by monitoring inventory levels, minimizing stock-outs, analyzing customer returns, identifying short-dated products, coordinating inter-branch transfers, and facilitating the timely transfer of expired or non-saleable stock to the Head Office warehouse.
Manage product returns in full compliance with the approved Returns SOP.
Monitor and control inventory levels in accordance with CFAO Healthcare policies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) regulations.
Plan, organize, and supervise product coding activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.
Document, investigate, and report all operational deviations within the area of responsibility in line with the Non-Conformity Management SOP, working closely with the Quality team where necessary.
Safeguard warehouse operations and inventory by enforcing security procedures and protocols.
Oversee the maintenance and physical condition of the warehouse facility and its equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Review existing SOPs and recommend improvements where necessary, while ensuring strict adherence to approved procedures across all warehouse operations.

Warehousing/Admin KPI:
Maintain warehouse damages.
