Mission principale :
Assure la production, le contrôle et la sécurisation de l’ensemble des processus paie et déclaratifs pour un périmètre d’environ 400 collaborateurs. Il garantit la fiabilité des données, le respect de la législation sociale et la conformité des paramétrages du logiciel paie et GTA. Il apporte également un appui technique au Responsable Paie.

Responsabilités et activités :
1. Gestion de la paie
•  Préparer, saisir et contrôler l’ensemble des éléments variables de paie.
•  Produire une paie conforme, fiable et dans les délais impartis.
•  Assurer la gestion et le contrôle de la GTA (gestion des temps et activités).
•  Assurer le suivi des IJSS et dossiers de prévoyance
•  Traiter les soldes de tout compte (STC) et situations de sortie.
•  Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des bulletins de paie.
2. Déclarations et conformité
•  Établir et contrôler les DSN mensuelles et DSN événementielles (arrêts, fins de contrat…).
•   Assurer la maintenance et la mise à jour de la conformité déclarative, en lien avec l’évolution réglementaire.
•   Veiller au respect des obligations sociales et légales (cotisations, droit du travail, conventions collectives…).
3. Paramétrages paie et GTA
•  Suivre et contrôler les paramétrages du système de paie et de la GTA.
•   Participer aux évolutions du SIRH paie.
4. Suivi administratif RH
•   Gérer et suivre les visites médicales (convocations, échéancier, conformité).
•   Suivre la situation des impatriés (statuts, obligations déclaratives, spécificités paie).
•   Apporter des réponses aux questions des collaborateurs et des managers.
•   Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des processus paie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Expérience souhaitée entre 7 et 10 ans
Maîtrise de la paie française et de la réglementation sociale.
Connaissance du logiciel CEGID Payroll ultimate et EURECIA apprécié
Connaissance approfondie des DSN et des obligations déclaratives.
Rigueur, sens du détail et fiabilité.
Capacité d’analyse et de contrôle.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Kanban Controller to join our Production Support Centre team in Durban. To coordinate the accurate and timely printing, verification, allocation and distribution of Kanban documentation to enable uninterrupted Just-in-Time (JIT) material supply to the customer, while maintaining consumable stock controls, resolving operational issues proactively and ensuring continuity of production through adherence to established Kanban processes and service standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric / Grade 12
1–3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment Exposure to Kanban-controlled or Just-in-Time manufacturing environments (preferred)
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications (advantageous)

Essential duties and responsibilities
Receive Kanban schedules and special orders via email
Verify incoming orders.
Print Kanban journals, Kanban cards and checklists in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prioritise work according to production schedules and customer requirements.
Match Kanban cards to the correct Kanban journal.
Complete and sign checklists.
Organise documentation into the correct pigeonhole slots by trip.
Route special orders to the Office Administrator for immediate picking.
Maintain the continuous flow of Kanban documentation to support scheduled picking every production cycle.
Prioritise urgent customer requests.
Follow Kanban procedures and standard operating processes consistently.
Maintain accurate records, ensuring disciplined attention to detail
Ensure documentation is complete and auditable.
Escalate issues promptly to IT and management to ensure no production delays.
Conduct daily stock counts of Kanban printing consumables and accurately record inventory levels.

Provide clearing instructions to clearing agents for timely processing of imported vehicles through customs.
Coordinate the transportation of vehicles from the port to the designated facility, ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports to facilitate decision-making and monitor performance indicators.
Maintain open and effective communication channels with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clearing agents, shipping lines, and distributors. Address any queries or concerns promptly to ensure smooth operations and strengthen relationships.
Maintain organised filing systems for import and export documentation. Update records regularly to reflect the latest information and developments in import and export activities.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits. Assist with audit processes by providing requested documentation and information.
Facilitate communication with external inspectors for vehicle inspections as required by export regulations.

Purpose of the job:

Essential duties and responsibilities

Overseeing all quality aspects and ensure all products conform to the appliable approved standards and specifications.
Investigate and resolve Quality Non- conformances.
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
Investigate internal and external non- conformances and ensure countermeasures are put in place.
Monitoring and address 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method and Material) with all relevant parties
Analyse all defects and take the necessary remedial action.
Analyse data to identify areas of improvement in the Production process.
Conduct process and system audits and resolve findings/discrepancies.
Act as a customer representative and customer support contact.
Oversees the documentation of data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures, including IMDS, SOC, and other environmental activity management.
Maintain document library on relating to Quality issues and requirements.
Ensures that all equipment is calibrated timeously and maintain calibration register/schedule.
Maintain customer KPI reporting.
Monitor and Review of Packaging Standards.
Implements standards, procedures and processes to meet the required quality standards.
Develops, maintains and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, customer service and cost savings.
Conduct quality training.
Conduct and supervise inspection of internal damages.

Key Performance Areas:
Recruitment and Induction
Circulate divisional and group vacancies.
Assist with the screening of applicants for vacancies.
Advise department managers of market related package (Deloitte Benchmark) for advertised role.
Provide a dummy payslip where required.
Take new employee through Branch induction – On Board
 Employee take-on &amp; monthly Payroll
 Coordinate all payroll input packs and check documents for accuracy and completeness.
Submit input to payroll department on or before deadline.
Accurate Overtime &amp; Commission submissions before deadline
Prepare and distribute relevant employment contracts.
Prepare new employee checklists and ensure personnel information is captured onto relevant VIP, other systems.
Facilitate the process of electronic filing of new and existing employee information.
 Benefits (processing)
Submit and follow up with claim withdrawals and related queries.
Liaise with provident fund on disability application and claims.
Facilitate benefits plan evaluations and changes including plan analysis (Cedar, Discovery, Mibfa)
Coordinate annual Employee Wellness activities.


Terminations
Prepare and coordinate Exit interviews, prepare Exit reports for Management.
Submit monthly employee termination list to IT.
  Employment Equity and Worker Forums (EE)
Prepare and update monthly EE and Worker Forum reporting for the branch, submit EE and Worker Forum stats to Shared Services Human Capital
Participate in the branch EE and Worker Forums take minutes and distribute on notice boards.
Ensure that monthly EE and Worker Forum stats are sent to HR manager for monthly HR reporting.
Policies (Familiarisation)
 Ensure that only current Human Capital policies, procedures, and processes are electronically available to the departments and employees.

 Preparation and submission of weekly, monthly Human Capital and Payroll reporting: head count, staff movement, IR activity, disciplinary, Employment Equity progress.
Ability to produce Payroll reports for management analysis, leave, GM’s Shift Bonus, etc.

General Administration (Employee Files)
 Ensure that all Job Descriptions, Job Profiles, Skills audits, Employee Contracts, Performance Review are up to date and current.
Distribute payslips, benefit statements, bulk employee communication when required.
Issue Long Service Certificates for all departments on a monthly basis/ Quarterly
Ensure prompt and accurate payment of 3rd party suppliers to the Finance Department
Co-ordination of the annual declaration submission and filing
Implement all Human Capital Employee initiatives as outlined in annual HC strategy Plan.
Attendance of Monthly HC forum teleconference meetings, execution and alignment of Human Capital functions
Maintain and manage employee information within VIP People (HR module) for the purposes of accurate reporting Skills Module
Submit accurate information to payroll regarding changes of employment benefits, including salary, job title, car allowance or any other pay roll related activity)
Maintain accurate Employee Human Capital records for easy retrieval.
Communication and Queries Handling
Prompt response to telephonic and electronic queries (internal)
Provide feedback within 24 hours for external related queries.
Training
Co-ordinate department induction sessions.
Ensure that new employees and current employees are up to date with business changes, structural, policy and market related.
 Minimum Knowledge, Skills Education / Training, Competency and Experience Requirement(s):
