Mission principale :
Assure la production, le contrôle et la sécurisation de l’ensemble des processus paie et déclaratifs pour un périmètre d’environ 400 collaborateurs. Il garantit la fiabilité des données, le respect de la législation sociale et la conformité des paramétrages du logiciel paie et GTA. Il apporte également un appui technique au Responsable Paie.

Responsabilités et activités :
1. Gestion de la paie
•  Préparer, saisir et contrôler l’ensemble des éléments variables de paie.
•  Produire une paie conforme, fiable et dans les délais impartis.
•  Assurer la gestion et le contrôle de la GTA (gestion des temps et activités).
•  Assurer le suivi des IJSS et dossiers de prévoyance
•  Traiter les soldes de tout compte (STC) et situations de sortie.
•  Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des bulletins de paie.
2. Déclarations et conformité
•  Établir et contrôler les DSN mensuelles et DSN événementielles (arrêts, fins de contrat…).
•   Assurer la maintenance et la mise à jour de la conformité déclarative, en lien avec l’évolution réglementaire.
•   Veiller au respect des obligations sociales et légales (cotisations, droit du travail, conventions collectives…).
3. Paramétrages paie et GTA
•  Suivre et contrôler les paramétrages du système de paie et de la GTA.
•   Participer aux évolutions du SIRH paie.
4. Suivi administratif RH
•   Gérer et suivre les visites médicales (convocations, échéancier, conformité).
•   Suivre la situation des impatriés (statuts, obligations déclaratives, spécificités paie).
•   Apporter des réponses aux questions des collaborateurs et des managers.
•   Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et des processus paie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Expérience souhaitée entre 7 et 10 ans
Maîtrise de la paie française et de la réglementation sociale.
Connaissance du logiciel CEGID Payroll ultimate et EURECIA apprécié
Connaissance approfondie des DSN et des obligations déclaratives.
Rigueur, sens du détail et fiabilité.

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Kanban Controller to join our Production Support Centre team in Durban. To coordinate the accurate and timely printing, verification, allocation and distribution of Kanban documentation to enable uninterrupted Just-in-Time (JIT) material supply to the customer, while maintaining consumable stock controls, resolving operational issues proactively and ensuring continuity of production through adherence to established Kanban processes and service standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

1–3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment Exposure to Kanban-controlled or Just-in-Time manufacturing environments (preferred)
Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications (advantageous)

Essential duties and responsibilities
Receive Kanban schedules and special orders via email
Verify incoming orders.
Print Kanban journals, Kanban cards and checklists in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prioritise work according to production schedules and customer requirements.
Match Kanban cards to the correct Kanban journal.
Complete and sign checklists.
Organise documentation into the correct pigeonhole slots by trip.
Route special orders to the Office Administrator for immediate picking.
Maintain the continuous flow of Kanban documentation to support scheduled picking every production cycle.
Prioritise urgent customer requests.
Follow Kanban procedures and standard operating processes consistently.
Maintain accurate records, ensuring disciplined attention to detail
Ensure documentation is complete and auditable.
Escalate issues promptly to IT and management to ensure no production delays.

Tu auras pour principales missions :

RECRUTEMENT :
Gestion du recrutement des alternants / stagiaires pour l'ensemble de la division (recueil des besoins auprès des managers, diffusion des annonces sur le SIRH interne, tri des CV, entretiens, débriefing aux opérationnels, passation de tests de personnalités avec Assessfirst …);
Participation au recrutement des profils non-cadres : rédaction des annonces, gestion des cabinets, gestion des candidatures reçues, organisation des entretiens, débriefing des tests de personnalité, envoie des documents d’embauche, gestion de la procédure administrative …
ONBOARDING :
Rédaction et diffusion des notes d’accueil de nos collaborateurs;
Mise en place des parcours d'intégration pour les nouveaux entrants en collaboration avec les responsables opérationnels et les RRH;
Organisation et animation de point accueil RH;
Animation de la communauté des alternants et stagiaires, organisation d’événements.
GESTION RH :
Participation à l'élaboration des propositions d'embauche;
Reporting RH;
Suivi administratifs des dossiers. collaborateurs (population siège et expatriés).
DEVELOPPEMENT RH
Support au développement RH; (organisation des évènements, soutien aux projets ex : leadership au féminin, gestion des talents…).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills Education / Training and Experience Requirement(s):

Qualified Diesel and/or Petrol Mechanic, plus experience with forklifts or similar material handling equipment.
Qualified Forklift Mechanic with Heavy lift Equipment knowledge.
General working knowledge of auto electrical systems (ignition, starting, charging, illumination)
Excellent work ethic – honest, reliable, hardworking, dedicated and takes pride in work carried out.
Highly developed prioritising and multi-tasking skills; strong sense of urgency; problem solving and decision-making skills.
Preferably 5 years’ experience in Heavy lift Equipment.

Job Specification:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Drivers Responsibility:
Must obey all traffic rules, driver will be liable for all fines.

Vehicle should be clean and tidy at all times; random inspections will be done at any time.
Make sure all pod and delivery books are signed day

Assisting in parts warehouse
Assist in receiving and dispatch

Time management

Ensure all deliveries done timeously

Be able to converse in a professional manner with customers
Customer Care:
Be neat and tidy at all times.

Daily use of staff uniforms

Able to converse with customers in a professional manner.

Administration:
Keep updated and comply with all applicable Group/ Dealer/ OEM prescribed policies and procedures.

Complete all documentation in full according to company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collect all monies due to the company upon delivery of the vehicle.

Ensure demonstrator/ company car is kept in showroom condition.

The purpose of this position is to spray paint forklifts, parts and other related equipment to an acceptable quality of workmanship as well as to provide general assistance in the workshop in terms of any aspect of workshop duties required.
Key Performance Areas:
(Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities)

· Inspect forklift surface/structures to be painted for repair, prepping and/or buffing defects.
· Mix specific colours using standard formulas or colour charts.
· Perform paint repairs and refinishing to current company standards using spray-painting equipment, power tools.
. Work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques.
· Sand, mask, blend, and polish finish. Apply or retouch paint as necessary.
· Carry out minor cosmetic repairs; responsible to do such requested repairs according to instruction, correctly and promptly.
· Assist with stripping / disassembling of equipment in order to perform checks / complete repairs; assist with re-assembly of equipment.
· Preparation of machines for spray painting
· Provide general physical assistance to technicians / mechanics / workshop foreman / supervisor as and when requested.
· Must generally act and work in an efficient and safety conscious manner.
· Must operate equipment, use hand power tools and specialised hand tools in correct and safe manner with or without supervision.
· Responsible for the identification and separation of non-conforming parts or materials and report them to supervisors.
· Utilize spray gun and apply paint in conformance with all specifications.
· Utilize solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment.
· Follow company requirements to select paint and match colours of paint following specified colour charts.
· Responsible for material and minor maintenance
· Set up the spray equipment.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills Education / Training and Experience Requirement(s):

· Appropriate job-related work experience (minimum of 3 years)
· Must have knowledge of machines and tools and their uses.
· Vision abilities required include close, distance and colour vision, depth perception and     ability to adjust focus.

· Work in all elements of weather· Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently.
· Must have practical knowledge and experience of disassembling (stripping) of machines and reassembling.
