Purpose of the job:

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Achieve financial objectives
Raising accurate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders within SAP and ensuring FIFO for Goods Receipts (Maintain Order Balance),
Ensure orders are processed to export country within required timing,
Ensure system pricing information is accurate and up to date to allow for invoicing to be completed within lead-time,
Understand Inventory levels (Reviewed Daily) and involve in initiatives to reduce aged / obsolete stock (PIPELINE Management),
Ensure that stock is dispatched within agreed terms,
Ensure that Invoice queries are corrected within the month of processing and variance calculations are provided to management for checking and authorisation,
Minimise risk exposure due to air and hand carry shipments,
Maintain customer information - Contacts Database, Order Files,
Maintain strong communication to develop a detailed understanding of customer needs, building relationships and effective partnerships,
Assist with implementation of action plans if customer satisfaction rating is below acceptable level,
Directly involved in the handling of all customer complaints relating to your area of responsibility,
Co-ordinate shipping schedules and communicate this information for order balance, calculation, and information sharing (Weekly),
Comply to Standard Operating Procedures,
Ensure that SAP processing is up to date and correct regarding Orders and Pricing,
Identify Operational issues and tracked these with management to resolve timeously,
Submit Kaizen ideas to improve operational efficiencies and enhance team effectiveness and profitability,
Gather Information and Report/Consult with Management regarding the need for urgent shipments and priority support from TTC-Exp,
Ensure that ALL irregular operations are reported to management immediately for understanding and prompt action/resolution to avoid risk,
Process and Check Customer Orders confirming Accuracy, Fluctuations and submission timing in accordance with TTC-Exp deadlines,
Ensure forms are handed to Management for Authorisation and that check sheets are completed and order forms are uploaded/submitted,
Submit and track Request for Quotations - Providing all the necessary detail to TTC-Exp and/or TTC-Mid,
Ensure that accurate Rundown Sheets are created with detailed supporting history for discussion with TTC-Exp/TTC-Mid,

Purpose of the job:

Complete the Forklift checklist daily and report any defects on the machine

Conduct daily battery maintenance

Maintain and control stock daily

Ensure accuracy of stock received, put away and always delivered

Ensure safe handling pallets &amp; modules. Adhere to all standard operating
procedures (SOP) to ensure quality and safety

Willing to work overtime and support customer demand and ensure continuous
customer satisfaction Conduct daily bin audit with strict adherence to FIFO (First in First Out)

Assist with stock take preparation and participate with regular stock counts
Conduct housekeeping daily

Participate in kaizen’s and submit near misses to ensure continuous improvement of all processes

Report any defects or irregularities to ensure that safety and quality is always upheld

PARTS
Pick-up parts from locations using a picking list: ensuring that the quantities are respected, and the parts are in good condition.
Ensure the Security Officer checks the parts and ensure the time of control is recorded on the picking sheet.
RECEPTION
Ensure that the consignment’s documentation corresponds to the goods delivered.
Assist to offload the consignments delivered to the CFAO Mobility Ghana PLC Warehouse from Containers or Air shipments.
Check and report any shortage/damage on delivery before signing the documentation.
Prepare and process the binning of the parts received as soon as possible.
WAREHOUSE ROUTINE
Ensure parts, shelves and entire warehouse are always tidy by usage of applicable 5S methodology.
Report shortages and damages immediately to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor- Downstream for instructions.
Liaise with Warehouse Officer to ensure that lubricant quantities are reconciled monthly, and that there would not be any shortage.
Check all damaged goods being returned, and report to Warehouse Officer, Supply Chain Supervisor - Downstream or General Manager- Aftersales for instruction.

Veiller au respect de la réglementation et à l’apurement des domiciliations bancaires dans les délais.
Superviser les opérations de transit des importations (sorties d’entrepôt fictif, vérification des dossiers imports aérien) et assurer le back-up en cas d’absence d’un collaborateur.
Gérer les cas exceptionnels liés à des exportations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation : Bac+3/5 en Logistique, Commerce International ou équivalent.
