CFAO Consumer Côte d’Ivoire, filiale du groupe international CFAO, accompagne de grandes marques internationales, de la production à la distribution, pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins des consommateurs. La filiale recherche pour soutenir ses activités en Côte d’Ivoire un (e) Assistant Qualité H/F.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous participer à la mise en place d’un système qualité permettant de garantir à nos clients le plus haut niveau de sécurité alimentaire.  Les missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Participer à la rédaction/mise à jour des procédures
- Assurer le suivi des non-conformités (collecte, analyse, actions correctives)
- Réaliser les contrôles sur le terrain et les sensibilisations du personnel
- Travailler avec les différents fournisseurs pour s’assurer du respect des règles en matière de sécurité sanitaire
- Commander et suivre les produits d’hygiène nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des magasins.
- Participer activement à la sensibilisation des collaborateurs sur les sujets liés à la sécurité au travail
La liste n’est pas exhaustive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BAC +2/3 Qualité Agroalimentaire, sécurité alimentaire ou autre certificat équivalent. Vous justifiez d’au moins deux (02) années d’expériences probantes au sein d'un département Qualité, d'un laboratoire d'analyse alimentaire, au sein d'une industrie ou équivalent.
Vous avez une bonne base (liée à la mise en place des systèmes qualité, sécurité alimentaire et sécurité des personnes) et une connaissance du secteur d'activité de la grande distribution.
Vous faites preuve d’une aisance relationnelle, vous savez être à l’écoute et avez un esprit d’analyse, Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de l’autonomie dans vos tâches.
Une certification en Qualité Hygiène et Sécurité est apprécié.

Purpose of the job:

EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Business / Financial, Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering Tertiary Qualification (preferably at NQF level 7)
6~8 years industry experience in Sales/Procurement, &gt;5yrs Managerial experience. Preference to people with a steel background either automotive or non-automotive and sound knowledge of procurement, pipeline management and financial reporting
Must have a valid driver's license                                                                                                       
Computer Literacy and Strong MS Office background (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the department’s sales and procurement function
Manage department’s supply chain pipeline management function with optimal inventory control
Review and approve quotations to customers and orders with suppliers / service providers against company DOA
Customer liaison, maintain customer relations and perform key account management function, incl. addressing &amp; resolving key customer &amp; supplier issues
Manage month-end financial process (Sales, Stock, Expenses for Management accounts)
Management account analysis and reporting (Sales, GP, Expenses) &amp; covering corporate compliance requirements (PACI / ABCP / COCE)
Manage Debtors/Creditors (working capital control)
Manage departments’ annual budget process, through to completion and approval
Assist to make sales, procurement and new business strategy formulation and the implementation thereof
Management of sales / procurement staff (Key Performance Areas with Career Development Plans)

Risk
Assist management in the identification and control of potential risk exposures.
Assist to develop and monitor effective risk management strategies and make recommendations on the implementation of such strategies.
Assist to conduct safety risk assessments and develop safe working procedures and methods of statement. 
Implement an Internal Audit plan and perform internal SHEQ audits, weekly, monthly, annually.
Establish and distribute emergency plan and ensure branches and sites adhere to the requirements of the Emergency Plan.
Conduct regular fire prevention and building inspections and report documented findings to management with proposed recommendations.
Ensure that only authorised employees enter the premises and that all contractors are issued with an indemnity form and are familiar with the safety regulations of the&lt;br /&gt;

 Tasks:

- Present new and creative ideas to reporting line on influencing consumer buying.
- Organise and manage the marketing calendar within the team.
- Oversee the marketing expenditures and budget.
- Conduct opinion surveys or need assessments in the market.
- Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by Management&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Skills:
- Proficiency in AI Design tools such as Canva.
- Ability to plan strategically and analyse market trends.
- Capable of leading and motivating team during promotional events.
- Ability to analyse complicated market data and match products to changing consumer needs.
- Clear verbal and written skills for dealing with VIP clients.
- Strong critical thinking to assess campaign effectiveness and resolve challenging brand issues.

Experience:

This role is a full hands-on role in managing, developing, implementing, and controlling management systems to monitor safety, health, environment, quality, facility, security and corporate risk within the CFAO Equipment group nationwide. The role is responsible for managing and promoting the safety, health, environment, facility, security and risk management programs of the CFAO Equipment group, in accordance with regulatory policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
To perform this job successfully, the appointed individual must be able to perform each essential duty / key performance areas satisfactorily. This list of key performance areas a summary of critical outcomes and is not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time:
 Strategic and Operational Management:
o   Develop the CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy. Develop and deliver effective SHEQ strategic plan for CFAO Equipment in line with group strategies relating to environmental, health and safety, carbon footprint, renewable energy, waste management and recycling).
o   Drive, communicate and coordinate the implementation of the SHEQ strategy and SHEQ programmes across CFAO Equipment branches and sites.
o   Develop and execute the SHEQ Improvement Plan aligned to CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy and CFAO SA Roadmap.
o   Develop and drive an environmental strategy that includes carbon neutral initiatives to ensure corporate sustainable development.
o   Provide active and thought leadership and support for SHEQ initiatives, programs and best practices.
o   Manage the day-to-day SHEQ function within the CFAO Equipment.
o   Support, advise and monitor the SHEQ performance of the CFAO Equipment.
o   Complete regular reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
o   Identify and lead continuous improvement by managing risks, emergency processes, preparedness and responses.
o   Implement recommendations from CFAO SA and CFAO Group in relation to fire prevention measures.
o   Lead SHEQ processes to achieve set goals and meet them proactively while preventing accidents.
o   Develop Service Level Agreements with internal customers and ensure delivery against contracted targets.
o   Improve SHEQ function for optimization, efficiency and value creation using advanced technological platforms.
o   Compile SHEQ reports including sustainability reporting and provide regular reporting to the Managing Director.
o   Drive the ANZEN and Zero Harm initiatives at branches and sites.
o   Promote a safety culture and lead the SHEQ team across CFAO Equipment.
o   Manage and lead change to ensure business continuity that will minimize disruption to business activities.
o   Analyse SHEQ data and identify trends to provide regular reporting and opportunities for improvements.
o   Identify and guide the company to prevent any potential contravention of regulations or compliance and build awareness of thereof.
o   Report and make recommendations regarding CFAO Equipment facilities and security improvements and related strategies.
o   Ensure contractor compliance in respect of all SHEQ matters.&lt;br /&gt;

Purpose of the job:

Experiential and Educational requirements:
Grade 12
SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Course)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Safety, Health and Environment
Must have a valid driver’s licence
