KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies across brand websites and dealer landing pages.
Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices in copywriting, metadata, and internal linking.
Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and crawl health using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
Paid Media
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance platforms.
Build custom audiences, apply geo-targeting strategies, and conduct A/B tests on creative and copy.
Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS), adjust budgets and bids, and generate reports for weekly/monthly review.
CRM &amp; Email Marketing
Execute lead nurturing campaigns through email and SMS using the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
Segment audience lists and personalises communications based on customer lifecycle and campaign objectives.
Track engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions) and assist in database hygiene.
Content Marketing
Write and optimise content for blogs, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring tone aligns with brand guidelines.
Work with creative and agency teams to brief and review visual content that supports campaign objectives.
Support campaign calendar planning and identify content gaps or opportunities based on performance insights.

The purpose of this position is to assist the VSB Manager in all aspects of Vehicle Stock Book control policies and practices by the company’s operations, to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision, and to ensure accurate and reliable administrative control.

Overall responsibility of stock control for new and used equipment stock book. Responsibility to order all new equipment from OEM’s and local suppliers and ensure administrative aspects of the VSB function at National is performed accurately.
Introduction of all equipment onto management system.
Allocations of all equipment to relevant sales order(s) and associated processes onto stock management system.
Maintenance of VSB records for accuracy and completeness.
Monitoring of shipments and Updating ETA.
Ensuring stock status and locations are accurate on stock management system.
Costing and price calculation of equipment.
Establish and ensure proper communication channels with branches (sales managers, sales representatives, branch VSB administrators and dealerships regarding stock queries and reservations).
Liaise with clearing / logistics agents regarding shipments and transport.
Maintenance of franchise data module information.
Overall responsibility to accurately and timeously prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by manager and / or branches, e.g.: reports on machines delivery lead time / dates, general stock reports, etc.
Participation in team/department meetings and development/training initiatives to ensure that the VSB administration team functions as an efficient resource for the company by continuously evaluating and monitoring quality and accuracy of work, implementing and actively participating in development initiatives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This role is a full hands-on role in managing, developing, implementing, and controlling management systems to monitor safety, health, environment, quality, facility, security and corporate risk within the CFAO Equipment group nationwide. The role is responsible for managing and promoting the safety, health, environment, facility, security and risk management programs of the CFAO Equipment group, in accordance with regulatory policies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

 Strategic and Operational Management:
o   Develop the CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy. Develop and deliver effective SHEQ strategic plan for CFAO Equipment in line with group strategies relating to environmental, health and safety, carbon footprint, renewable energy, waste management and recycling).
o   Drive, communicate and coordinate the implementation of the SHEQ strategy and SHEQ programmes across CFAO Equipment branches and sites.
o   Develop and execute the SHEQ Improvement Plan aligned to CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy and CFAO SA Roadmap.
o   Develop and drive an environmental strategy that includes carbon neutral initiatives to ensure corporate sustainable development.
o   Provide active and thought leadership and support for SHEQ initiatives, programs and best practices.
o   Manage the day-to-day SHEQ function within the CFAO Equipment.
o   Support, advise and monitor the SHEQ performance of the CFAO Equipment.
o   Complete regular reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
o   Identify and lead continuous improvement by managing risks, emergency processes, preparedness and responses.
o   Implement recommendations from CFAO SA and CFAO Group in relation to fire prevention measures.
o   Lead SHEQ processes to achieve set goals and meet them proactively while preventing accidents.
o   Develop Service Level Agreements with internal customers and ensure delivery against contracted targets.
o   Improve SHEQ function for optimization, efficiency and value creation using advanced technological platforms.
o   Compile SHEQ reports including sustainability reporting and provide regular reporting to the Managing Director.
o   Drive the ANZEN and Zero Harm initiatives at branches and sites.
o   Promote a safety culture and lead the SHEQ team across CFAO Equipment.
o   Manage and lead change to ensure business continuity that will minimize disruption to business activities.
o   Analyse SHEQ data and identify trends to provide regular reporting and opportunities for improvements.
o   Identify and guide the company to prevent any potential contravention of regulations or compliance and build awareness of thereof.
o   Report and make recommendations regarding CFAO Equipment facilities and security improvements and related strategies.
o   Ensure contractor compliance in respect of all SHEQ matters.&lt;br /&gt;

·       Implement a structured procurement and valuation model for all trade-ins, rental returns, customer disposals, and buy-ins.
·       Maintain an updated market price matrix aligned to product age, hours, condition, NBV, and competitive benchmarks.

Sales Leadership &amp; Pipeline Management
·       Drive the Used Equipment monthly sales plan and ensure the achievement of volume, revenue, and GP targets.
·       Manage the entire sales pipeline from leads to quotation, negotiation, deal closure, and delivery.
·       Support the sales team with price guidance, deal structuring, discount control, and value-added propositions.
·       Lead weekly sales pipeline reviews, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline health management.
Stock Procurement, Quality &amp; Preparation
·       Oversee sourcing of used machines through internal channels (rental returns, workshop rebuilds, trade-ins) and external suppliers.
·       Ensure all incoming stock is inspected using the approved inspection sheet and valuation calculator.
·       Manage refurbishment scope, standards, and costing in collaboration with the Workshop Manager.
·       Ensure all used machines are properly reconditioned, quality-checked, and photographed for marketing.
Inventory &amp; Financial Control

·       Ensure pricing discipline and margin management through controlled discounting and cost recoveries.

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, Compensation and benefits and performance management. The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies and procedures support business efficiency and employee engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Relevant postgraduate degree with additional certifications in HR (e.g., SABPP) advantageous.
Minimum 5-8 years’ generalist HR experience at a similar level, preferably with MibCo experience. Automotive industry experience is advantageous.

Successfully manages multiple HR projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Technical Pre-requisite
In-depth understanding of employment legislation, labour relations, and regulatory requirements
Expertise in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies aligned with best practices.

Knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and market-aligned salary structures
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR analytics, and reporting.
Knowledge workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Awareness of workplace employee wellness initiatives
Able to analyse HR metrics and generate action plans, able to lead HR initiatives, process improvements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively sharing best practices, facilitating communication, and collaborating on the adaptation and implementation of policies to drive cohesive HR practices
Regularly assessing and updating the HR needs and requirements in response to evolving business needs, ensuring it remains relevant and adaptable
Lead and manage the recruitment practices by driving innovative and efficient talent sourcing practices to swiftly identify and acquire top talent across all departments, while overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning to interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and develop talent within the organisation
Drive retention, focusing on skill development, engagement, and creating growth opportunities within the organisation
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
Proactively manage employee relations in a diverse and multicultural environment to foster a positive workplace climate and bargaining council relationships to ensure compliance
Design, implement, and manage a performance management system that drives a high-performance culture
Ensure that performance metrics are clearly communicated, regularly reviewed, and contribute to both individual and organisational growth.
Administer competitive compensation packages by developing and implementing payroll frameworks, including salary structures, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring alignment with market trends, company financial capabilities, and compliance with labour agreements and internal policies
Design and manage incentive programs for employees and oversee bonus and remuneration frameworks linked to company and individual performance
Oversee the digitisation of HR processes, including data management, reporting, and compliance tracking using the SAGE system and other relevant tools
Leverage HR data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness
Lead change initiatives and organisational restructuring efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication with all stakeholders
