CFAO Consumer Côte d’Ivoire, filiale du groupe international CFAO, accompagne de grandes marques internationales, de la production à la distribution, pour répondre aux nouveaux besoins des consommateurs. La filiale recherche pour soutenir ses activités en Côte d’Ivoire un (e) Assistant Qualité H/F.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous participer à la mise en place d’un système qualité permettant de garantir à nos clients le plus haut niveau de sécurité alimentaire.  Les missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Participer à la rédaction/mise à jour des procédures
- Assurer le suivi des non-conformités (collecte, analyse, actions correctives)
- Réaliser les contrôles sur le terrain et les sensibilisations du personnel
- Travailler avec les différents fournisseurs pour s’assurer du respect des règles en matière de sécurité sanitaire
- Commander et suivre les produits d’hygiène nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des magasins.
- Participer activement à la sensibilisation des collaborateurs sur les sujets liés à la sécurité au travail
La liste n’est pas exhaustive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BAC +2/3 Qualité Agroalimentaire, sécurité alimentaire ou autre certificat équivalent. Vous justifiez d’au moins deux (02) années d’expériences probantes au sein d'un département Qualité, d'un laboratoire d'analyse alimentaire, au sein d'une industrie ou équivalent.
Vous avez une bonne base (liée à la mise en place des systèmes qualité, sécurité alimentaire et sécurité des personnes) et une connaissance du secteur d'activité de la grande distribution.
Vous faites preuve d’une aisance relationnelle, vous savez être à l’écoute et avez un esprit d’analyse, Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et de l’autonomie dans vos tâches.
Une certification en Qualité Hygiène et Sécurité est apprécié.

Purpose of the job:

EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Business / Financial, Supply Chain Management and/or Engineering Tertiary Qualification (preferably at NQF level 7)
6~8 years industry experience in Sales/Procurement, &gt;5yrs Managerial experience. Preference to people with a steel background either automotive or non-automotive and sound knowledge of procurement, pipeline management and financial reporting
Must have a valid driver's license                                                                                                       
Computer Literacy and Strong MS Office background (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the department’s sales and procurement function
Manage department’s supply chain pipeline management function with optimal inventory control
Review and approve quotations to customers and orders with suppliers / service providers against company DOA
Customer liaison, maintain customer relations and perform key account management function, incl. addressing &amp; resolving key customer &amp; supplier issues
Manage month-end financial process (Sales, Stock, Expenses for Management accounts)
Management account analysis and reporting (Sales, GP, Expenses) &amp; covering corporate compliance requirements (PACI / ABCP / COCE)
Manage Debtors/Creditors (working capital control)
Manage departments’ annual budget process, through to completion and approval
Assist to make sales, procurement and new business strategy formulation and the implementation thereof
Management of sales / procurement staff (Key Performance Areas with Career Development Plans)

Costing and price calculation of equipment.

Maintenance of franchise data module information.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified Safety Officer to join the Production Support Centre team, based in Durban.
Purpose of the job:
To assess, co-ordinate and monitor the total safety and environmental function for the relevant business unit to ensure compliance with all legislation regarding all workplace activities and the use of plant, equipment and substances. The role has a strong focus on training, continuous knowledge sharing and building a safety culture in collaboration with all stakeholders on the shop floor.      &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experiential and Educational requirements:
Grade 12
SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Course)
HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) training
Sound knowledge of Safety legislation, Construction Regulations, OHS Act 85 of 1993    
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Safety, Health and Environment
Must have a valid driver’s licence
Knowledge and understanding of, ISO14001:2015, ISO 4500:2018      
Risk Management and Supervisory Management techniques        
Computer Literacy and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)    
Project Management will be Advantage
Incident investigation and reporting (course)
Advantage: Permit to work root cause analysis
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
Facilitates the implementation of standards according to the requirements of the ISO standards.
Ensures the organization is aware of and complies with, all legislation in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities.
Ensure records systems are maintained at Corporate in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
Ensure all company safety policies and instructions are adhered to and followed.
Determine training requirements and implement safety procedures
Promotes occupational health and safety within the organization and encourage safer healthier working practices
Updates and maintains safety policies and procedures
Safety related administration and Responsible for weekly safety patrols &amp; reports
Identifying hazards and assess risk and maintain tracking
Incidents and accidents management and associated COID management
Internal / External SHE audits and compliance monitoring
Support with the company’s ISO integrated SHE Management System (ISO 14001 and 450010), internal auditing, management review, diagnostic review

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in all aspects of the Production process. The Quality supervisor will ensure that all products meet the customer requirements and maintain the integrity of the Production process. The supervisor will also supervise quality team and ensures that all tasks are completed effectively.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Overseeing all quality aspects and ensure all products conforms to the appliable approved standards and specifications.
Champion the implementation and monitoring of ITAF and make recommendations.
Investigate and resolve Quality Non- conformances.
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
Investigate internal and external non- conformances and ensure countermeasures are put in place.
Monitoring and address 4M Changes (Man, M/C, Method and Material) with all relevant parties
Analyse all defects and take the necessary remedial action.
Analyse data to identify areas of improvement in the Production process.
Conduct process and system audits and resolve findings/discrepancies.
Act as a customer representative and customer support contact
Actively participate in maintaining ISO certification
Monthly Reporting of quality metrics and updating of various quality documents, including test plans and protocols
Oversees the documentation of data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
Ensures that all equipment is calibrated timeously and maintain calibration register/schedule.
Maintain customer KPI reporting.
Monitor adherence to production requirements.
Implements standards, procedures and processes to meet the required quality standards.
Develops, maintains and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, customer service and cost savings.
Conduct quality training
Implementation of Health and Safety Standards
Supervise employees, coordinate the scheduling of work tasks and ensures adherence to quality and safety standards.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action
Planning for development potential of Subordinate

Technical Pre-requisite:
Quality Control and Quality Assurance:
Understanding of QMS is critical.
Reads and Interprets Quality specification data with un understanding of company policies and internal controls.
Collects and researches data, designs workflows and procedures.
Ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions.
Quality certification ISO 9001. ISO14001, ITAF 16949.
Competency Pre-requisite 
Strong analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
Able to identify root causes of production issues, analyse complex problems, and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrates a focus on achieving production targets and quality standards, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making to ensure operational goals are met effectively.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
