Assurer une veille réglementaire et répondre aux notes des autorités réglementaires ANPP/MIP&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplôme universitaire consolidé avec des stages pratiques, dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
02 à 03 ans dans une structure technico-réglementaire au niveau d’un site de production pharmaceutique, dont 01 à 02 ans dans une fonction similaire.
Avoir des connaissances avérées dans la préparation et la gestion des dossiers technico-réglementaires (réglementation, processus, documentation).
Respecter la politique HSE. 
Respecter et appliquer les procédures internes en termes de santé et sécurité au travail.
Signaler toutes anomalies HSE constatées à sa hiérarchie et à la structures HSE.

Profil requis :

• Formation et Expérience : Vous êtes titulaire d’un Doctorat en Pharmacie et justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle significative et confirmée en logistique

Mission principale :

Activités :
*Qualité

 *Kaizen
-Promouvoir la culture Kaizen au sein du réseau de concessionnaires Toyota en encourageant l'amélioration continue et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
-Organiser et animer des ateliers Kaizen pour le personnel et encourager la participation active dans l'identification et la mise en œuvre d'améliorations.

 *Formation et Développement
-Organiser des formations régulières pour améliorer les compétences et les connaissances du personnel en matière de qualité, de sécurité et de Kaizen.

*Rapports et Suivi
-Préparer des rapports périodiques sur les performances en matière de qualité, de sécurité, de culture Kaizen pour évaluation et amélioration continue.
-Analyser les données et les indicateurs clés de performance, et proposer des mesures correctives et des actions d'amélioration.

*Moyens généraux

o   Drive, communicate and coordinate the implementation of the SHEQ strategy and SHEQ programmes across CFAO Equipment branches and sites.
o   Develop and execute the SHEQ Improvement Plan aligned to CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy and CFAO SA Roadmap.
o   Develop and drive an environmental strategy that includes carbon neutral initiatives to ensure corporate sustainable development.
o   Provide active and thought leadership and support for SHEQ initiatives, programs and best practices.
o   Manage the day-to-day SHEQ function within the CFAO Equipment.
o   Support, advise and monitor the SHEQ performance of the CFAO Equipment.
o   Complete regular reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
o   Identify and lead continuous improvement by managing risks, emergency processes, preparedness and responses.
o   Implement recommendations from CFAO SA and CFAO Group in relation to fire prevention measures.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Complete the Forklift checklist daily and report any defects on the machine
Conduct daily battery maintenance
Maintain and control stock daily
Ensure accuracy of stock received, put away and always delivered
Ensure safe handling pallets &amp; modules.  
Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure quality and safety.
Willing to work overtime and support customer demand and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily bin audit with strict adherence to FIFO (First in First Out)
Assist with stock take preparation and participate with regular stock counts.
Conduct housekeeping daily
Participate in kaizen’s and submit near misses to ensure continuous improvement of all processes.

The purpose of this position is to ensure best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility regarding departmental procedures and actions, promoting a customer-oriented service, to implement and uphold actions in line with company strategic vision and to operate the department profitably according to set targets. To aid, support and manage the Field Service Teams and Controllers by ensuring best practice with quality and professionalism are always met to maintain customer satisfaction contributing to Profitable Operations.

Overall responsibility to manage the team reporting to this position (manage team by means of continuous performance feedback, coaching  and counselling to ensure ongoing improvement of performance, bi-annual performance appraisals per staff member, payroll information to be compiled and submitted timeously, monthly / weekly team meetings, achieving employee morale survey target, managing leave and absenteeism, implementing and driving HR practices in line with company strategic objectives, ensure effective inter-departmental and internal communication).
To carry out routine maintenance checks as directed ensuring that all necessary service parts are available prior to attending customers site, all quoted work to be highlighted by liaison personally, with the customer.
Other responsibility to ensure sales orders received are completed, processed, and distributed correctly and timeously.
Receiving and accurately processing of sales order documentation
Follow up on estimated delivery dates if unit is not in stock and communicate estimated delivery dates with sales team.

Assist Sales team in preparation of documentation.

Summary Statement:
The key purpose of this position is to assist and support the implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ policies, procedures, systems, processes and practices within CFAO Equipment, Satellite branches and sites, which shall include, but not be limited to risk, safety, security, health, quality, facility and environment.
The incumbent will assist in the implementation of the management systems to monitor safety, health, environment, quality, security and risk within the CFAO Equipment branch/es and sites.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Key Performance Areas:
To perform this job successfully, the appointed individual must be able to perform an interactive role for each SHEQ duty / key performance area satisfactorily. This list of key performance areas is not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time:

Operational and SHEQ Management:
Implement the CFAO Equipment SHEQ strategy at branches and sites.
Execute and communicate the SHEQ strategy and SHEQ programmes at branches and sites.
Assist to implement the branch or site- specific SHEQ goals and programmes.
Provide regular SHEQ reporting to the SHEQ Manager.
Drive the ANZEN and Zero Harm initiatives at branches and sites and promote a safety culture.
Ensure that audit standards are met audit findings are closed out.
Implement the carbon neutral project and initiatives at branches and sites.
Analyze branches and sites’ SHEQ data and identify trends to provide regular reporting and opportunities for improvements.
Implement the SHEQ policies, procedures and safe work procedures at branches and sites.
Inspect and ensure that all safety signs and notices are prominently displayed on the premises.
Ensure that SHEQ appointments are trained, appointments in place and records are kept.
Inform line management of all SHEQ deviations that have been recorded, are actioned and rectified.   
Conduct Health &amp; Safety inspections and walkabouts for continuous improvement.
Update compliance registers and standard checklists. 
Conduct first aid treatment and evaluate injured persons if it is needed to send them for medical treatment at a hospital or clinic.
Drive good housekeeping and ASEC principles and behaviours at branches and sites.
Maintain incident statistics, analyse trends and follow-up on remedial actions.
Complete the required documentation with the Department of Labour in the event of reportable injury and follow-up the progress of claims with WCA.
Monitor the surveillance programmes (e.g. noise, lux levels, medical etc.) and inform the SHEQ Manager accordingly.
Compile the SHEQ reports including sustainability reports.
Assist in obtaining permits, licenses or exemptions as required by law for SHEQ of the organization.
Facilitate incident and accident investigations and prepare reports.
Responsible for all SHEQ administrative work including PPE requisition and issuing.
Training
Assist with the training interventions needed for other employees at branches and sites.
Assist with appropriate employee training of relevant staff with respect to SHEQ strategies and procedures.
Conduct safety induction training to inform employees, contractors, customers and visitors of the legal and operational requirementsRisk

Identify and control of potential risk exposures during walkabouts, inspections and audits.
Conduct safety risk assessments and develop safe working procedures.
Contractor’s Management
Ensure contractor compliances in respect of all SHEQ matters.&lt;br /&gt;
