Pour nous accompagner dans notre expansion, nous recrutons un Responsable de Magasin H/F: Rattaché au Directeur des opérations, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement de votre magasin et le respect de notre concept commercial en garantissant la disponibilité et la fraîcheur des produits, une présentation et un accueil clients irréprochables, dans le respect de la législation et les procédures internes. Vos missions : Approvisionner le magasin. Optimiser le stock de marchandises. Assurer une mise en rayon productive. Développer et optimiser des opérations en magasin. Mettre en place les changements de prix et enregistrer les pertes. Contrôler régulièrement la qualité et les rotations. Mettre en place l’affichage et communication des infos/ notes du jour. Traiter les réclamations clients et hotlines clients. Déterminer et mettre en place les thématiques à animer en magasin. La liste des tâches n'est pas exhaustive.

Bac + 2 à 5 en Gestion, Commerce, Marketing ou équivalent. Une expérience de 3 minimum dans le secteur de la grande distribution à une fonction similaire est souhaitée. Bonne maitrise des différents secteurs (frais, non alimentaire, Produits de Grande Consommation). Expérience avérée dans le management et la gestion d’un centre de profit. Connaissances de la réglementation sociale. Connaissance des outils liés à la gestion commerciale, le management, la productivité, les achats, … Sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation, vous êtes orienté résultat.
