Provides an engaging and user-friendly experience for employees
Strengthens the Learning &amp; Development team’s efforts to build a strong learning culture across the organisation&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experiential and Educational Requirements
Relevant Qualification
Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent)
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
Understanding of corporate branding
Previous experience in layout or catalogue design 
Key Responsibilities
Format, design, and enhance the training catalogue for both print and digital use

Purpose of the job:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Purpose of the Role
The Head of Talent Management &amp; Global Learning will be responsible for driving an integrated Talent Management and Learning strategy that supports CFAO South Africa’s business priorities. This includes building leadership pipelines, aligning learning initiatives with talent needs, supporting succession planning, and ensuring that learning is a key lever for CFAO South Africa's performance and cultural transformation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications &amp; Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning &amp; Development, or Operations HR Management position.
Proven track record in implementing leadership development programs and talent frameworks.
Strong knowledge of HRIS / digital learning platforms (experience with Sage 300 People, EdApp, or Talentsoft is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Management
Lead the design and implementation of CFAO South Africa Talent Management framework, including people review, succession planning, career development &amp; learning development.
Partner with business leaders of our various entities and our HR managers to align talent strategies with business needs.
Drive initiatives that strengthen retention, internal mobility, and leadership development.
 Learning &amp; Development Strategy
Oversee the Learning &amp; Development roadmap for CFAO South Africa entities, ensuring alignment with talent management priorities and business strategy.
Launch and manage leadership development programs, functional academies, and e-learning initiatives (e.g. EdApp, Campus CFAO South Africa).
Benchmark against best practices to continuously enhance learning offerings.
Will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful learning content and experiences.
Managing &amp; engaging with external learning institutions.
Campus Oversight &amp; Partnership
Provide strategic oversight to the Campus South Africa Manager, ensuring the Campus delivers impactful training and is positioned as a hub of excellence.

The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Used Equipment business across the Gauteng region. This role ensures strong procurement of quality used stock, maximised sales conversion, accurate valuations, disciplined pricing, and the management of stock rotation to achieve targeted GP%, revenue, and inventory health. The role drives performance through strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and disciplined execution to ensure the Used Equipment business contributes meaningfully to the overall profitability of the division.

Strategic &amp; Commercial Management
·       Develop and execute the Used Equipment sales strategy aligned to divisional targets for revenue, GP%, stock days, and margin growth.
·       Identify market segments, competitor trends, pricing opportunities, and demand patterns to optimise portfolio performance.
·       Implement a structured procurement and valuation model for all trade-ins, rental returns, customer disposals, and buy-ins.
·       Maintain an updated market price matrix aligned to product age, hours, condition, NBV, and competitive benchmarks.

Sales Leadership &amp; Pipeline Management
·       Drive the Used Equipment monthly sales plan and ensure the achievement of volume, revenue, and GP targets.
·       Manage the entire sales pipeline from leads to quotation, negotiation, deal closure, and delivery.
·       Support the sales team with price guidance, deal structuring, discount control, and value-added propositions.
·       Lead weekly sales pipeline reviews, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline health management.
Stock Procurement, Quality &amp; Preparation
·       Oversee sourcing of used machines through internal channels (rental returns, workshop rebuilds, trade-ins) and external suppliers.
·       Ensure all incoming stock is inspected using the approved inspection sheet and valuation calculator.
·       Manage refurbishment scope, standards, and costing in collaboration with the Workshop Manager.
·       Ensure all used machines are properly reconditioned, quality-checked, and photographed for marketing.
Inventory &amp; Financial Control
·       Own stock health: stock days, aging analysis, slow-moving stock, and rotation plans.
·       Ensure pricing discipline and margin management through controlled discounting and cost recoveries.
·       Ensure financial accuracy in valuations, refurb costs, invoicing, GRVs, and NBV alignment.

Customer &amp; Dealer Engagement

Team Leadership
