Assurer le suivi des KPI (indicateurs de performance) des 10 filiales ;
Analyse les KPI des sites internet ;
Réaliser des études de marché.

JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for supervising and driving the performance of the Sinotruk sales team to achieve agreed sales volumes, revenue, and market share targets in Kenya. The role focuses on execution of sales strategies, people management, customer relationship management, and market development within Nairobi and assigned territories, in line with company policies and local market dynamics
Managerial/Supervisory
a) Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive the realization of the department sales targets
b)  Prepare and submit sales budgets and the monthly rundown report as per CFAO Mobility guidelines to assist enhance and monitor performance
c)  Prepare and submit expense budgets to ensure the allocation of sufficient resources critical for the implementation of the department sales plans
d)  Monitor the utilization of resources to avoid wastage (Resource Management)
e)  Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.  Coordinate performance management for the department to ensure high performance and retention of staff
f)  Conduct regular field visits, and performance reviews
g)  Identify training needs and support continuous development of the sales team
h)  Coordinate credit management in the department to ensure minimal bad debts
i)  Drive sales of Sinotruk commercial vehicles in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
j)  Initiate and nurture relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to ensure CFAO Mobility receives the support required in the achievement of set targets
k)  Coordinate the operations of the department for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of service
l)  Monitor the utilization of demo units assigned to the department to ensure full compliance with the CFAO Mobility guidelines
 Operational Responsibilities
a)    Conduct business prospecting to ensure the achievement of the monthly order intake and sales targets for the department
b)    Carry out weekly follow through of the sales process for vehicle sales orders and liaise with various departments to ensure lead times are adhered to
c)    Approve customer vehicle orders to ensure timely processing of the sale
d)    Give approvals and confirm price levels and discounts to customers to ensure prices are competitive and protect CFAO Mobility against possible loss
e)    Sign off Delivery Note/Gate Passes to ensure payment terms are complied with and invoices are properly prepared before sign off
f)     Check and approve proposals for promotions and promotional items to ensure value for money, cost and quality
g)      Follow up on debtors and report to the management to ensure appropriate strategies are employed to recover monies owed to CFAO Mobility&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Minimum level of academic and professional qualification
a) Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant field from a recognized institution.
b) Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution
Minimum level of experience required 
8 years or relevant working experience in the automotive industry, with 2 years of experience in a sales management position in a company of comparable size.

The Pre-Owned Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the Used Equipment business across the Gauteng region. This role ensures strong procurement of quality used stock, maximised sales conversion, accurate valuations, disciplined pricing, and the management of stock rotation to achieve targeted GP%, revenue, and inventory health. The role drives performance through strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and disciplined execution to ensure the Used Equipment business contributes meaningfully to the overall profitability of the division.

Strategic &amp; Commercial Management
·       Develop and execute the Used Equipment sales strategy aligned to divisional targets for revenue, GP%, stock days, and margin growth.
·       Identify market segments, competitor trends, pricing opportunities, and demand patterns to optimise portfolio performance.
·       Implement a structured procurement and valuation model for all trade-ins, rental returns, customer disposals, and buy-ins.
·       Maintain an updated market price matrix aligned to product age, hours, condition, NBV, and competitive benchmarks.

Sales Leadership &amp; Pipeline Management
·       Drive the Used Equipment monthly sales plan and ensure the achievement of volume, revenue, and GP targets.
·       Manage the entire sales pipeline from leads to quotation, negotiation, deal closure, and delivery.
·       Support the sales team with price guidance, deal structuring, discount control, and value-added propositions.
·       Lead weekly sales pipeline reviews, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline health management.
Stock Procurement, Quality &amp; Preparation
·       Oversee sourcing of used machines through internal channels (rental returns, workshop rebuilds, trade-ins) and external suppliers.
·       Ensure all incoming stock is inspected using the approved inspection sheet and valuation calculator.
·       Manage refurbishment scope, standards, and costing in collaboration with the Workshop Manager.
·       Ensure all used machines are properly reconditioned, quality-checked, and photographed for marketing.
Inventory &amp; Financial Control
·       Own stock health: stock days, aging analysis, slow-moving stock, and rotation plans.
·       Ensure pricing discipline and margin management through controlled discounting and cost recoveries.
·       Ensure financial accuracy in valuations, refurb costs, invoicing, GRVs, and NBV alignment.
·       Accountable for Pre-owned department P&amp;L.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Customer &amp; Dealer Engagement
·       Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase used equipment penetration.
·       Develop strong partnerships with national and regional dealers, brokers, rental companies, and procurement agents.
·       Manage customer expectations around quality, delivery timelines, financing, and after-sales support.
Team Leadership
·       Lead, coach, and develop the Pre-Owned Sales representative to drive high performance and accountability.
·       Implement structured weekly check-ins, performance reviews, and targeted training/development plans.
·       Promote a high-performance culture focused on discipline, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Systems, Reporting &amp; Compliance
·       Use Kerridge, QlikView, and CRM platforms to monitor sales performance, conversions, and stock metrics.
·       Ensure all processes are followed: inspections, valuations, quotations, deal approvals, paperwork, invoicing, and delivery.
Ensure full compliance with SHEQ, CFAO governance, audit requirements, and ethical sales practices.&lt;br /&gt;

I- Trésorerie comptable

Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires sous Kyriba en assurant un taux de rapprochement automatique de 85% (exigence Groupe)
Suivre et régulariser les écritures en rapprochement
I-             Trésorerie financière :
 Assurer les relations entre les banques et la société
Négocier les taux de financement, les taux de transfert
Assurer l’arbitrage des mouvements bancaires (approvisionnement caisse, nivellement bancaire et équilibre des flux par rapport aux engagements des banques)
Contrôler mensuellement les frais de service bancaires et les charges financières (intérêt d’emprunt, agios, frais de découvert, intérêt spot)
Établir les claims banque dans les temps et effectuer un reporting mensuel desdits claims (suivi des remboursements, ratio d’efficacité des claims)
Effectuer le reporting trimestriel de trésorerie au format groupe
Établir et transmettre 1 fois par semaine la situation de trésorerie avec projection fin de mois courant
Suivre les encaissements et décaissements par nature afin d’émettre un rapport mensuel comparant les flux de trésorerie réel vs le budget de trésorerie (rapport à transmettre au DAF)
Participer au budget de trésorerie avec le DAF&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Être titulaire d’au moins un Bac +3 en finance et comptabilité
Expérience minimum de 2 ans dans un poste similaire avec une bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique (word, Excel, logiciel de gestion de trésorerie)
Avoir une connaissance parfaite des règles comptables
