As a Junior Project Finance Associate within a project development company (IPP or infrastructure developer), the individual will support the financial structuring and execution of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The role involves close coordination with internal teams (development, legal, technical), external advisors (financial, legal, technical), and financing institutions (DFIs, commercial banks, ECAs). Key responsibilities include: 1. Financial Modelling & Analysis Build, maintain, and update project finance models in Excel Run sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to support investment decisions Assist in the preparation of financial projections, IRR/NPV analysis, and lender covenants Support equity valuation and debt sizing based on term sheet assumptions 2.
