Summary Statement:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the achievement of After Sales targets and objectives aligned with business objectives and GP targets.  To ensure achievement of new business objectives, managing and expanding existing client base through personal performance and customer relationship management.

Promotion and selling of Aftermarket services, Parts, Accessories, Rental offerings, Service Contract offerings, Tyres, Driver Training, Load Testing and inhouse engineering.   
Overall responsibility to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets in an assigned sales territory.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met (training etc.)
Visiting new customers to ensure safe operation of forklifts according to set standards and legal requirements by promoting Driver Training and load testing.
Inform and resolve customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
Quote prices, credit terms and other specifications.
Emphasise product features based on analyses of customer’s needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities.
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing.
Assist with resolution of debtor’s disputes and assist with cash collections.
Overall responsibility to meet growth / market share increase objectives; responsible to analyse, prepare and successfully implement strategy to target and convert new business accounts, cold calling on potential new accounts.
Overall responsibility to ensure quality of customer interaction and service – ensure that customer expectations in all regards are exceeded by building and nurturing partnerships based on a thorough understanding of the clients business and unique needs and challenges (drive customer service excellence, ensure good communication with customers, develop and implement strategy to ensure proper/ scheduled cover for assigned territory, developing partnerships with and tailor made solutions for clients, evaluation of own development needs and ensuring lack of knowledge/skills are addressed).

Sound financial management of deals in line with budget and company strategic objectives (ensure the quality of rental business activities is in line with company objectives; ensure aftermarket order targets, invoicing targets and GP targets are met, ensure key administrative support functions are diligently executed, e.g. delivery and collection of contracts; ensure discounts are approved / within limits; ensure site inspections are carried out; etc.).
Plan, prepare, submit, and ensure achievement of short-term and long-term rental targets for assigned territory.
Preparation and presentation of reports as and when required.

Mission principale : 
Assurer le pilotage de la performance après-vente par la production et l'analyse des indicateurs clés (KPI), suivre les garanties constructeur dans le respect des procédures Suzuki, centraliser et traiter les remontées techniques terrain, et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction client.

Activités:
- Pilotage des KPI Après-Vente
• Concevoir, mettre à jour et analyser les tableaux de bord après-vente : atelier, pièces de rechange, qualité de service, satisfaction client, rétention et rentabilité
• Produire les reportings selon les fréquences définies : rapport quotidien de production atelier, synthèse hebdomadaire DPS, bilan mensuel Direction des Opérations et constructeur
• Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance : CPUS (Customer Pay Units), taux de rétention, heures vendues, productivité technicien, taux de service pièces, NPS, taux de booking
• Identifier et analyser les écarts par rapport aux objectifs fixés ; formaliser les causes racines et alerter le DPS en temps réel

- Gestion des garanties constructeur Suzuki
• Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) sur l'ensemble des sujets liés à la garantie : procédures, litiges, évolutions réglementaires
• Assurer la soumission complète et dans les délais des dossiers de garantie au constructeur via les outils officiels (Suzuki Warranty System ou équivalent)
• Contrôler la conformité des demandes de garantie avant soumission : éligibilité du véhicule, validité de la garantie, complétude du dossier technique
• Suivre les remboursements constructeur et relancer les dossiers en attente ou rejetés ; analyser les motifs de rejet et mettre en place des actions correctives
• Tenir à jour le registre des dossiers de garantie et produire un tableau de bord mensuel : dossiers soumis, approuvés, rejetés, montants remboursés
• Former les réceptionnistes, chefs d'atelier et techniciens aux procédures de garantie constructeur et aux conditions d'éligibilité

- Gestion des remontées techniques constructeur
• Centraliser et analyser les incidents techniques récurrents remontés par les techniciens et les réceptionnistes sur l'ensemble du réseau
• Rédiger, soumettre et suivre les FTIR (Field Technical Information Report) et tout autre rapport technique exigé par Suzuki Motor Corporation
• Assurer le lien opérationnel entre les techniciens terrain, la direction la direction technique et le constructeur pour le traitement des cas complexes non résolus
• Participer aux réunions techniques avec le constructeur et restituer les informations pertinentes aux équipes terrain

-Amélioration continue et qualité de service
• Conduire des analyses de causes racines (méthode 5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa) pour les contre-performances identifiées sur les KPI atelier ou satisfaction client
• Proposer et formaliser des plans d'actions d'amélioration : rétention client, délais de restitution, qualité

Mission: 
Le/la Chargé(e) de Service Reminder a pour double mission de (1) contacter de manière proactive les clients ayant été livrés afin de les inciter à revenir réaliser leurs entretiens périodiques dans les ateliers Suzuki by CFAO, et de (2) vendre et promouvoir les contrats d'entretien Suzuki Confort+ auprès des clients VN et VO. Activités
- Rappel client &amp; gestion du portefeuille (Service Reminder)
• Extraire quotidiennement du DMS la liste des clients à rappeler selon les seuils d'échéance : 1 500 km, 10 000 km et 20 000 km après la dernière intervention
• Proposer et confirmer un rendez-vous atelier lors de chaque contact client concluant
• Assurer le suivi des clients non joints : relance à J+2 et J+5, puis escalade au Directeur Après-Vente
• Gérer un tableau de bord de suivi des rappels : taux de contact, taux de prise de rendez-vous, taux de conversion rendez-vous/passage
• Qualifier et mettre à jour les données clients dans le DMS (numéro de téléphone, email, kilométrage estimé, véhicule)
• Traiter les réclamations clients de premier niveau et rediriger vers le réceptionnaire ou le DAV si nécessaire
- Vente et promotion du contrat Suzuki Confort+
• Présenter et valoriser le contrat d'entretien Suzuki Confort+ auprès de chaque client VN lors de la livraison du véhicule, en coordination avec le commercial VN
• Relancer les clients VN n'ayant pas souscrit à la livraison dans un délai de 30 jours
• Proposer le contrat Confort+ aux clients existants lors des rappels téléphoniques
• Expliquer clairement les bénéfices du contrat : budget maîtrisé, zéro surprise, longévité certifiée, valorisation du patrimoine automobile
• Établir les devis et bons de souscription dans le DMS et s'assurer de la signature du client
• Atteindre les objectifs mensuels de souscription définis par la Direction Après-Vente
• Assurer le suivi des contrats en cours : échéances, renouvellements, résiliations

- Animation clientèle et événements SAV
• Informer et inviter les clients aux événements SAV : Free Check mensuel (dernier samedi du mois), journées promotionnelles, contrôles gratuits
• Envoyer les communications clients (SMS, WhatsApp, email) pour les campagnes de rappel de rappel et les opérations spéciales
• Contribuer à l'animation de la base clients avec les équipes marketing pour les opérations de fidélisation

- Reporting et pilotage de la performance
• Renseigner quotidiennement le tableau de bord Service Reminder (nombre d'appels, RDV pris, passages confirmés)
• Produire un rapport hebdomadaire à destination du Directeur Après-Vente : taux de contact, taux de contact, taux de transformation, chiffre d'affaires contrats
• Identifier les tendances et alerter sur les clients à risque de non-retour (&gt; 6 mois sans passage atelier)

Profil: 
BTS Action Commerciale / Technico-Commercial / Gestion de la Relation Client ou équivalent
Expérience requise:
minimum 1 à 2 ans sur un poste de téléconseiller commercial, service client ou SAV en réseau automobile

Support field technicians with escalated technical issues and root cause analysis
Recommend corrective actions and permanent solutions to recurring failures
Act as the technical escalation point for complex and recurring equipment failures

Preventive Maintenance and Reliability
Develop, implement, and review preventive maintenance programmes in line with OEM guidelines
Monitor equipment condition, analyse failure trends, and recommend improvements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and lifecycle cost

Installation, Commissioning, and Modification
Support or lead commissioning new equipment and attachments
Perform calibration, parameter setting, and functional testing in accordance with OEM specifications
Assist with equipment upgrades, retrofits, and modifications
Ensure equipment is configured correctly for site operating conditions


Health, Safety, and Legislative Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993)
Relevant regulations, site rules, and company procedures
OEM safety standards
Identify hazards and participate in risk assessments and incident investigations
Promote safe work practices and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Training and Skills Development
Provide technical training and on-the-job coaching to technicians and equipment operators

Customer and Stakeholder Support
Provide technical advisory support to customers and operational teams

Warranty Responsibilities
Warranty Claim Management: Review, validate, and process warranty claims in strict alignment with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
