Mission du Service:

Activités

- Assurer la relation avec les fournisseurs extérieurs et le siège
- Gérer le processus d’approvisionnement des pièces auprès des fournisseurs ;
- Assurer l’établissement des commandes maritimes (base mensuelle, bimensuelle, ou hebdomadaire) ;
- Organiser et préparer l’inventaire général &lt;&lt;Pièces de rechange&gt;&gt; ;
- Assurer une bonne qualité et rotation des stocks de pièces 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
BAC+ 3-5 en Mécanique, Mécatronique, Electromécanique ou formation similaire
Expérience avérée de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.


Ø  Bonnes connaissances des procédures internes CFAO
Ø  Très bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique et des logiciels bureautiques
Ø  Bonnes connaissances des techniques managériales et en gestion des flux et en approvisionnement

Effective management of cash outstanding.
Supervise service center personnel.
Satisfy, meet and exceed customer needs by maintaining efficient and speedy repairs and service.
Ensure maximum efficiency with regards to hours worked versus hours sold.
To ensure maximum labour sales with regards to hours worked.
Effective managing and monitoring of carry overs.
Satisfactory CE levels are achieved.
Attend to and satisfactorily resolve customer queries in the required time.
Contact existing and potential customers to obtain additional business.
Assist fleet owners with technical advice.
Analyze sales reports and trade summaries according to budget and take corrective action where necessary.
Liaise with admin regarding staff requirements and ensure that all documentation is completed, updated and submitted for processing.
Maintain morale of staff and counsel where necessary.
Maintain discipline amongst workshop staff.
Maintain high standards in the application of the Recognition Agreement and Industrial Relations requirements.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment according to factory standards.  Abide by OHS rules.
Maintain factory standards in special tool store.
Liaise with key staff to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
Ensure that all work is carried out according to the franchise standards.
Ensure that all costing and claims are correct and timeous.
Ensure effective control procedures are applied to all vehicles booked in.
Ensure that no vehicle leaves the workshop without payment.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
Ensure the tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
Analyze come backs, discuss with the productive staff responsible and institute/introduce effective remedial action.

Liaise with parts department regarding outstanding parts on order.
Ensure that the responsible person contact the customers with regards to parts that was ordered and arrived.
Ensure that warranty claim parts are returned to warranty store.
Minimize unproductive time.
Control issuing of consumable materials.
Maintain and update technical knowledge and skills.
Ensure timeous oil dips with reports.
Ensure that all the required Manufacturer’s reporting is done timeously.
Carry out additional duties from time to time at the discretion of management.
Adhere to all CSDP Programs.
Achieve and maintain the monthly/quarterly OEM Customer Experience Rating Score at maximum payout target as determined by the OEM.
Obtain OEM Program Criteria to ensure dealership Financial Award.
Ensure regular meetings are held with staff, including filed minutes.

Ensure service comebacks are eliminated based on negligent work performed.
Provide technical and/ or non-technical assistance to the workshop staff.
Coach and train Dealer Repair Shop Assistants/ Apprentices.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced and suitably qualified Human Resource Administrator  to join the Human Resources team based in Durban.
Purpose of the job:
To provide comprehensive administrative support across HR functions, ensuring efficient processes for recruitment, onboarding, document management, and compliance while supporting HR Managers and maintaining accurate employee records.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experiential and Educational requirements:

HR Diploma or HR Degree (preferred)
Minimum 2 years related HR Admin experience. 
Essential duties and responsibilities: 
Maintain and secure employee files, compensation details, and disciplinary records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Process payroll data, manage HR metrics, provide employee information (leave, schedules), and liaise with vendors to administer benefits.
Respond promptly to HR queries, issue employment confirmations, distribute payslips, and foster open communication.
Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and background checks, and manage new hire onboarding, induction programs, and IT setups.
Assist with organising training sessions, track attendance, assist during sessions, and support HR projects such as job fairs and recruitment events.
Process resignations, coordinate termination paperwork and exit interviews, and analyze turnover trends.
Compile HR reports (KPIs, turnover, training outcomes), prepare documentation for audits, and ensure accurate filing and archiving.
Manage expense forms, vendor setup, and invoice processing.
Apply kaizen principles, conduct root cause analyses, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management.
