We looking for a Branch Manager - Nakuru   based : Kenya

Job description:

The Branch Manager will report to the General Manager (Network & Aftersales).

The Branch Manager is responsible for Parts Supervisor, Service Supervisor, Sales Executives & Branch Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the branch strategy to achieve set revenue & profit budgets of vehicle sales and aftersales while consistently ensuring best customer service & experience.  

This pivotal role involves coordination of branch operations, optimizing revenue streams, ensuring operational efficiency and team management.

Profil request:

Main responsibilities of

A.      Strategic Leadership and Alignment
a)      Develop and implement the branch comprehensive strategy to support the achievement of the organization’s strategy on profitability growth and market share.

b)      Establish key performance indicators for branch sales, service and parts managers and track performance against such KPI’s.

c)      Supervise the sales, parts, and service teams in the branch to ensure the team is motivated highly performing and fostering results driven culture.

B.      Revenue and Market Expansion
a)      Achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic market expansion and effective sales strategies.

b)      Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to increase market share and profitability. 

c)      Coordinate the collection of information at the branch level on competitor activities to ensure the availability of information required to develop market penetration strategies in parts, sales, and service for all the brands.

C.      Operational Excellence
a)      Directly oversee sales, parts, service operations and overall business performance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

b)      Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all branch functions.

c)      Establish and implement Best in Town (BIT) practises in the branch based on respective branch’s customer diversified culture and needs. 

D.     Customer Relationship Management
a)      Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

b)      Implement customer-focused strategies to enhance service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

c)      Promote customer satisfaction through timely resolution of all customer complaints at the branch and ensure best customer service delivery.

E.      Financial Management
a)      Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and sustainability.

b)      Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

c)      Oversee effective management and control of financial expenditure at the branch level for enhanced branch profitability.

d)     Monitor the Branch cash sales and credit accounts to ensure full compliance with the credit control policy and guidelines.

F.       Leadership and Team Development
a)      Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

b)      Provide coaching and guidance to key personnel, promoting professional development and succession planning.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

a)      Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in senior management
b)     Strategic thinker
