Job Description :

Are you an HR graduate looking for an opportunity to make your mark in the business world? Well, look no further.

CFAO Holdings South Africa is offering a 12-month contract to an enthusiastic go getter who wants to expand their knowledge, skill and practical experience in the HR field. The position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

Requested Profile :

Minimum Requirements:

·       Matric

·       Relevant HR Qualification

·       1-2 years HR experience

·       SA citizen

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Recruitment (posting ads, screening,          shortlisting, scheduling interviews,              recruitment checks, regrets,                      onboarding)

·       Preparation of Contracts

·       Administrative tasks/duties

·       Filing

·       Managing and maintaining employee          records and databases

·       Minute taking

·       Offboarding/Exit Interviews

·       Assisting with implementation of HR          projects

·       Ad hoc tasks
