We looking for a Parts Advisor - Bodsyhop  based : Kenya

Job description:

The position is based at Bodyshop - Lusaka Road and reports to Parts Supervisor - Bodyshop. The role is responsible for selling of parts to both new and existing customers, for enhanced profitability of Bodyshop. 

Main responsibilities of the Job

a)       Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries and the company guidelines to ensure customers are informed of costs in a timely manner

b)      Sell parts to Bodyshop & Paint workshop to ensure the achievement of part sales targets;

c)       Issue parts from Bodyshop & Paint Store to the technicians using Goods Movement document.

d)      Keep track of lost sales so as to ensure optimum stock holding at all times;

e)       Order parts from central warehouse to ensure timely delivery to Bodyshop & Paint

f)        Receive parts from Central Parts Depot (CPD) and confirm physical parts against order documents

g)       Promptly return parts to CPD in case of parts are not fitted to vehicles

h)      Analyse Voice of customer (Voc) so as to address concerns for enhanced customer retention;

i)        Participate in the annual stock take to assist identify and address variances

j)        Develop and maintain effective customer networks to increase brand awareness and increase the market share;

k) Participate in promotional activities and provide technical advice to customers in order to achieve the set targets.
