We looking for a Parts Manager M/F  based : Uganda

Job description:

To effectively manage the overall performance of the spare parts business so as to improve business profitability and achieve company goals.

Profil request:

1. Carry out effective planning to ensure availability of parts at all times.


 2. Ensure turnover profitability through credit control and improved customer service expertise.


3. Conduct asset stock management through monitoring stock levels and stock days.


4. Initiate and develop plans to improve sales turnovers and ensures adherence to plans and budgets.


5. Plan and coordinate technical parts training and ensures effective delivery to staff in compliance to TMC/TSM and other brand standards.


6. Adhere to project guidelines to ensure timely project completion and effective communication of progress to departmental members and management.


7. Review and report on market/competitor and pricing information in a timely manner.


8. Oversee and approve all departmental process and functions and ensures adherence to TTAF/CFAO Group and Company guidelines.
