We are seeking candidates with:Significant executive leadership experience in the spare parts and services sector, ideally acquired in Africa or within a complex international context.In-depth knowledge of the logistics and commercial challenges related to spare parts distribution.Proven managerial skills, with a strong ability to inspire, unite, and develop teams.An entrepreneurial, proactive, and strongly results-oriented mindset.Fluency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage.
