Job description:

CFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is seeking to hire an energetic individual to join its technical team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, come join us!

Profil request:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;

· Effectively carry out all tasks assigned on Job Cards 

· Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose faults on trucks and equipment based on the specific job assigned by your manager/ supervisor.

· For offsite jobs, you must not carry out any diagnosis or repair that has not been approved by your manager.

· Ensure to use the correct tools, parts and technical manuals or literatures.

· Request the necessary parts needed to carry out specific job on time.

· Produce consistently high quality of work to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction.

· Report daily to the supervisor on the progress of work. 

· Conduct quality control tests on all serviced trucks and equipment to ensure their compliance to manufacturers and adopted standards. 

· Clean tools and workstation immediately after completion of work.

· Collect all information needed to organise a warranty claim where necessary (take pictures)

· For offsite repairs, ensure the customer endorses the waybill before leaving the work site.
