The Spare Parts and Services Director will:

• Define and deploy the spare parts and services strategy for your entity, aligned with Group objectives.
• Optimise operational performance, from stock management and logistics to workshop efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with our OEM/manufacturer partners and clients.
• Lead and empower multicultural teams, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Anticipate market trends and propose innovative solutions to maintain our leadership position.

We are seeking candidates with:

• Significant executive leadership experience in the spare parts and services sector, ideally acquired in Africa or within a complex international context.
• In-depth knowledge of the logistics and commercial challenges related to spare parts distribution.
• Proven managerial skills, with a strong ability to inspire, unite, and develop teams.
• An entrepreneurial, proactive, and strongly results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in French and English is essential. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage.
