We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Fleet, Risk and Insurance Assistant at CFAO Holdings South Africa. This is a locally based permanent contract in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Experiential and Educational Requirements
Matric
Diploma or Certificate in risk and/or insurance will be advantageous but not essential
Experience in Fleet administration will be advantageous but not essential
Experience in the risk and insurance industry or related fields will be advantageous but not essential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Fleet
Vehicle purchase support
Vehicle Leasing support
Vehicle disposal support
Vehicle maintenance support
2) Insurance
Assisting with claims process. Coordinating claims between subsidiaries, employees and broker.
Assist with monitoring insurance policies and compliance with risk surveys and recommendations by Insurance Company.
Assist to consolidate declarations for CFAO SA Group
Assist business with follow ups on both marine and local claims
Assist during renewal process to ensure all subsidiaries submit their declaration on time and Broker provides timeous feedback from Insurers
3) Risk
Coordinate process between subsidiaries and service provider on risk audits for CFAO SA Group (Electrical and Solar risk)
Monitor progress on implementation of recommendations per subsidiary from risk audits by external service provider
Monitor progress on drafting and implementation of business continuity plans (BCP) per subsidiary.
4) Security
Monitor security risks in country (unrest, demonstrations, etc).
Monitor security warnings.
Monitor security advisors and providers for subsidiaries.
Complete / update Security booklet - South Africa.
Conduct hotel security updates, including meet & greet processes for visitors.
Ensure security standards for expatriate accommodations.
Distribute travel restrictions.
Monitor safety of commonly used domestic airlines.
Arrange and distribute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Arrange and coordinate security training.
