We looking for a Parts Advisor (Westlands Branch)   based : Kenya

Job description:

The ideal candidate will report to the Parts Supervisor and will be responsible for selling of parts to both new and existing customers, for enhanced profitability of the branch.  

Operational Responsibilities 

a)     Sell parts to both internal (workshop) and external customers to ensure the achievement of part sales targets for the branch;

b)     Conduct field visits to prospect for and close sales deals;  

c)     Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries and CMK guidelines to ensure customers are informed of costs in a timely manner;

d)     Prepare invoices to facilitate the payment process in a timely manner;

e)     Keep track of lost sales so as to ensure optimum stock holding at all times;

f)      Conduct debt collection to ensure debts are paid within the set timelines;

g)     Order parts from central warehouse to ensure timely delivery to customers;

h)     Analyse Voice of customer (Voc) so as to address concerns for enhanced customer retention;

i)      Participate in the annual stock take to assist identify and address variances

j)      Develop and maintain effective customer networks to increase brand awareness and increase the market share;

k)     Participate in promotional activities and provide technical advice to customers in order to achieve the set targets for the branch.
