We looking for a Purchasing, Sales & Marketing - Marketing Assistant M/F  based : Kenya

 

 

Job description:

 

Main Purpose

The BYD Marketing Executive helps the Head of BYD and BYD Sales Manager to innovate, design and execute the most disruptive and impacting marketing actions to establish BYD brand in Kenya and help maximize BYD sales.

Main Responsibilities

a) Coordinate the development and implementation of BYD marketing strategy in Kenya, in line with the overall BYD strategic objectives to facilitate achievement of sales targets

b) Coordinate the marketing budget of BYD to ensure the allocation of sufficient funds for successful implementation of the marketing strategy, still monitoring and controlling the management of costs with a strong ROI (Return On Investment) mindset

c) Strategize and execute marketing campaigns with sales activities to create synergies between marketing and sales

d) Develop strongly and in a disruptive manner the implementation of the social media strategies for BYD (Instagram, Tiktok..), to create a huge online presence and customer engagement

 

 

 

Profil request:

 

Minimum Level of Academic and Professional Qualification 
a)      Bachelors’ Degree in a Business related field from a recognized institution.
b)      Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing

Minimum Level of Experience Required
a)      3-5 years working experience in Marketing from a reputable organization
b)      Track-record in disruptive innovative digital marketing
c)       Experience in developing and implementing business development strategy
