Job Description :
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.
- Clean criminal record.
- A valid South African vehicle driver’s license/ motorbike license and own reliable transport.
- Technical Knowledge of Cars and Motorbikes.

Job Specification:
- Controlling the day-to-day workflow through the workshop.
- Assist in the testing and quality control of serviced vehicles.
- Sourcing of parts for used vehicles.
- Following up on all sublet repairs.
- Following up on all parts ordered from factory/dealers.
- Work through progress list daily.
- Ensure that customers vehicles are complete timeously.
- Keep customer informed regarding progress on their vehicle should there be any delays/problems in the workshop.
- Deliver vehicles from workshop to the customer where possible.
- Maintaining good customer relations.
- Assist the Service Manager in the responsibility of all areas of security and safety (with the help of a Safety Rep) within the department.
- Ensure that the workshop is always kept clean.
- Ad hoc admin/ other responsibilities as and when required.
