Job Description :

 

Join CFAO Mobility Rwanda dynamic team as an Aftersales Manager and drive operational excellence!

 We're looking for a passionate leader to drive the growth of our after-sales department and deliver a first-class customer experience.

 

Profit Center Responsibility :

  • You will establish and monitor the annual Parts and Service budget in close consultation with general management, ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.
  • Define performance goals, both financial and quality-driven, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
  • Drive revenue and margin growth by implementing strategies that expand the customer portfolio and improve turnover.
  • Closely monitor workshop performance by tracking labor efficiency, productivity, and profitability to ensure operational excellence.
  •  Oversee the spare parts supply chain, managing key indicators like stock levels, order ratios, and inventory provisions, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.


Customer Satisfaction and Quality

  • Lead the implementation of the KAIZEN continuous improvement process, creating a culture of quality and customer focus within your team.
  • Regularly analyze the results of monthly customer surveys and take proactive steps to improve the customer experience by implementing effective countermeasures.

Team Management

  • As a hands-on leader, manage and inspire your team, fostering their professional growth through structured training programs.
  • Ensure the safety of your employees, providing them with the appropriate tools and equipment to operate in a safe and efficient environment.
  • Oversee all after-sales operations including warehouse management, workshop activities, and vehicle assembly processes, ensuring high standards of quality and process control.

 

 

 

Profil Request :

 

Required Profile:

We are looking for a results-driven leader that could meet the following requirements :


Education: Minimum bachelor's degree with prior experience in the automotive after-sales sector.


Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, with proven change management experience.


Technical Proficiency: Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with after-sales or inventory management systems (ERP, DMS).


Additional Expertise:

Ability to analyze KPIs, manage supplier relationships, and anticipate trends in the automotive market; experience in vehicle assembly is an asset.
