Job description:
We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified Distributor Support Co-ordinator to join Africa Mobility Solutions
This is a fixed term contract in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This position will support parts supply and operations in territories to achieve the efficiency and profitability improvements of distributors.

EXPERIENTIAL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
▫ Qualification: Business Management / Supply Chain / Distribution & Warehousing
▫ 2 - 4 Years related experience
▫ Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) + Parts management system
▫ Fluency in French is essential. However, you must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Read, Write)
▫ Experience working in Toyota related business in Western / Central Africa
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▫ Analyse & report on Distributor KPI's and implement action plans timeously to assist distributors' weaknesses and conduct any support actions
▫ Agree the sales & supply conditions with distributors (lead-time, payment term, shipment frequency etc) and ensure the Distributor performance to meet the requirements
▫ Support & follow up with Distributors on Marketing activities
▫ Management of Stock Aging to ensure dispatches are carried out in accordance with Target Lead Times
▫ Support & follow up with Distributors on Warehouse and logistic activities
▫ Conduct sales variance analysis and report on action plans for improvement
▫ Ensure Distributor Assessments are conducted in terms of Award programs
▫ Provide support visits to Distributors as agreed upon
▫ Support Distributors with the implementation of Toyota Way concepts and production systems.
