Description de la mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the regional strategy, achieving sales targets, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive performance across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Formulate and implement the regional strategy in alignment with TMC, TTC, and CFAO directives.
Ensure sales targets and budget goals are met within the territory.
Plan and conduct regional conferences to communicate sales strategies and regional direction.
Lead and execute regional projects, involving all relevant parties.
Oversee HR development within the Sales & Marketing Department, including performance reviews and career development plans.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide direction to country teams and address queries from TTC and CFAO.
Standardize formats for all reports and communications to TMC through TTC and CFAO.
Enhance the quality of monthly and periodic reports from distributors.
Maintain and manage relationships with distributors, TTC, and CFAO.
Travel to distributors as needed to provide support and address issues.
Ensure accuracy in monthly production guidelines and report information.
Review and discuss distributor order logic and trends with country teams.


Follow up on action plans to reduce aged stock and ensure implementation.
Consolidate sales results and order plans, reporting to TTC and CFAO.
Coordinate and analyze Nenkei studies with country teams, providing strategic direction.
Follow up on fleet business leads and guide country teams.
Provide strategic direction on product and specification requests, coordinating with TTC and CFAO.
Assist with new product introduction studies and price negotiations.
Lead initiatives to enhance sales through product value adds like accessories and finance.
Develop and guide group marketing strategies and distributor promotions.
Provide input and guidance on campaign proposals and execution, including feedback on effectiveness.
Ensure country teams have relevant pricing information and guide pricing studies.
Lead country teams on various projects to ensure timely completion.
Finalize and implement the operational system development plan with TTC and CFAO.
Participate in budget and half-year review processes, monitor distributor performance, and deliver high-quality business trip reports.
Develop and coordinate training plans for self and distributor sales teams, promoting knowledge sharing.
Share knowledge of TMC/TTC operations to enhance regional distributor functions.
