We looking for a MASTER SERVICE ADVISOR   based : South Africa

 

Job Description :

 

Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.

  • 3 - 5 years’ Dealership experience in a Master Service Advisor position, preferably Toyota experience.
  • Computer literacy skills and competency to make use inhouse system.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • A valid unendorsed SA driver's license

 

 

Profil Request :

 

Job Specification:

  • Supervise and liaise with Foreman or Workshop Controller.
  • Satisfy and meet customer needs by maintaining efficient and speedy repairs and service
  • Ensure maximum sales with regards to hours
  • Attend to and satisfactorily resolve customer queries
  • Contact existing and potential customers to obtain additional business
  • Liaise with admin regarding staff requirements and ensure that all documentation is
  • completed, updated and submitted for processing
  • Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and maintained to customers’ requirements
  • Supervise and productively control all workshop staff
  • Maintain discipline amongst workshop staff
  • Assist productive staff when problems are encountered
  • Liaise with key staff to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
  • Authorize internal parts requisitions from productive staff
  • Ensure that all work is carried out according to the franchise standards
  • Ensure that all productive staff accurately record work performed on the back of the job card
  • Ensure that work is carried out within the laid down flat rate times as far as possible
  • Ensure that workshop policies and procedures are adhered to in respect of general admin

  • Ensure that all costing and claims are correct and done on a daily basis
  • Ensure effective control procedures apply to all vehicles booked in for servicing
  • Ensure that no vehicle leaves the workshop without payment being effected
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
  • Ensure the tools and equipment are kept in good working order
