Job Description :
Job purpose
To ensure all customer vehicles are effectively fixed right the first time for achievement of sales services revenue and through-put targets and customer satisfaction.
Profil Request :
Key responsibilities
1. Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts, their proper fitment and repairs accordingly.
2. Timely and accurate preparation and submission of defect reports to Supervisor.
3. Pre delivery inspection of all new vehicles prior for delivery.
4. Routine maintenance work aiming at vehicle functionality and longevity.
5. Adhere to standards with regards to customer vehicle handling and tools.
6. Provide quality workmanship by fixing customer vehicles right the first time and avoid repeat jobs.
Educational and Experiential requirements
Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Motor vehicle certificate
2 years' experience in a similar role.
Valid driver's license with competence in automatic and manual transmission.
