We looking for a Technician - Panel Beater M/F  based : Ghana

 

Job Description :

 

CFAO Ghana Plc is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician - Panel Beater to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the repair and restoration of vehicle bodies, ensuring that damaged vehicles are returned to their original condition in line with the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;

· Ensure that damaged vehicles are assessed, and their required repair works determined.

· Dismantle and fixes damaged panels and components -where necessary, use welding equipment to fix damages.

· Ensure the use of various hydraulic equipment to fix damaged panels and components. 

· Remove damaged windscreen glasses and fixes new ones appropriately, to avoid any action that will break them or cause leakages

· Comply with the manufacturer’s analysis procedures and repair time schedules – you may request for help from your supervisor/ manager where necessary.

· Ensure that there are no more than 0.5% on return jobs for all major work done

· Perform requested jobs in accordance with the client approved work order

· Ensure that workshop health and safety rules are complied with

· Ensure that tools, equipment, and workstations are always kept clean.

· Take charge of vehicles and make sure to clock in and out when work starts and when it is completed.

· Participate in training (and self-training) courses offered by the After-Sales Department.

· Perform any other work-related duties assigned to you by the company.

 

 

Profil Request :

 

Panel Beater will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, repairing and replacing damaged panels, straightening chassis and frames, and ensuring that all work is completed to manufacturer specifications.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other technicians, including painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
