To achieve new cars sales plans through systematic approach to the market, sales process, and daily management of the
sales team, through meetings, controls, reports, and support.
To look after and manage through ownership lifecycle process own 50 VIP customers, providing them with utmost
customer service, ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction and profit for the company.
Co-ordinate branch marketing activities, take active role in the events and support reporting processes. To increase the
market share through retention of existing and winning of new customers.

Efficiently lead the team, whilst managing own 50 customers.
Design, action and supervise monthly/weekly action plans covering sales activities and report to Sales Manager on weekly
basis.
Establish and maintain personal contact/relationship with (potential) customers to ensure the highest results are
achieved.
Ensure that every customer’s needs have been properly assessed by Sales Consultant and that the right product has been
offered, highlighting features, benefits and advantages of our vehicle all done in a professional vehicle presentation and
test drive.
Ensure that the branch new car sales targets are consistently achieved and exceed expectations.
Finalize and be the process owner of all CFAO SOPs related to sales on the branch level.
To develop, analyze and do Sales Report statistics.
Analyze market and customer trends to Identify business opportunities.
