Qualification and Experience:
Grade 12 / equivalent thereof
3 - 5 years car rental experience
1 - 2 years management experience
Has a good command of the English language, both verbal and written
Computer literate.
Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Management of personnel resources.
Be able to instruct and monitor the tasks of employees

General Duties
- Vehicle quality check
- Branch image, Signage
- Branch cleanliness
- Checking of RA’s, Addresses, ID numbers, etc
- Scanning of RA’s
- Answer emails/queries within 48 hours
- Check and manage branch operation cost
- Check and correct financials/income statement on a monthly basis
- Set branch targets for Staff and Branch Manager incentive (KPI’s)
