We looking for a Dealer & Field Parts Sales Supervisor   based : Kenya

 

Job description:

The role reports to the National Parts Distributor Manager and based at Business Park South C., Nairobi.

The role is responsible for setting and the achievement of Dealer/TKASCS (Toyota Kenya Approved Service Centres) Sales Target (parts/sales) through the Dealers, and TKASCS to maximise profitability and increase the Cfao Mobility Kenya (CMK) brands market share.

Main responsibilities for the role;

a)       Identify prospective Dealers, TKASCS, Stockists and Garages to ensure achievement of targets in view of market share expansion and business growth;

b)       Conduct regular visits in the regions in order to monitor progress on pre agreed action plans and adherence to the CMK standards;

c)       Monitor Monthly Dealership Parts Performance against set targets and provide support in view of market share expansion and business growth;

d)       Ensure Toyota, Hino, Suzuki and Yamaha Parts Catalogues are installed and updated to ensure correct part numbers translation;

e)       Provide advice on dealer infrastructure to reflect approved company standards;

f)        Assist dealer management set action plans geared towards increase of sales, market share, and profitability;

g)       Identify training needs and gaps and recommend the appropriate training solutions to bridge the gaps;

h)       Monitor and report on CMK Dealer compliance with dealer contract/agreements to ensure any deviations are attended to in a timely manner;

i)         Serve as a liaison to Dealers in order to identify and provide additional resources and maximize dealer profitability.

j)         Follow up and collect debts owed by the Dealers /TKASCS in time

k)       Support implementation and sustenance of Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen in Dealerships

l)         Carry out field sales activities for all parts, with special focus on aged parts on promotional offers

Profil request:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

a) Degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field

b) 3 years’ working experience in sales in the automotive industry 

c) A valid Driving License 

d) Knowledge in Government Procuring Procedures (IFMIS)
