We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and suitably qualified Facilities Manager to join CFAO Holdings South Africa. This is a locally based permanent contract in Johannesburg, South Africa.
This position will ensure the effective and efficient service delivery of all facilities related functions to the organisation through leading a highly efficient and effective team.
Experiential and Educational Requirements
• Matric
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• 5 years relevant experience of which at least 3 must be in a managerial role
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Skills
• Financial and Budgetary understanding and experience
• TravelIT experience is highly advantageous
• Expat support is highly advantageous
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Management of the Facilities function to ensure a high level of service delivery to the business.
• Travel Management (internal and external) as well as Visa Support.
• Management, negotiation, and co-ordination of overall service provider contracts and service delivery (Security, Facilities, Vodacom, Maintenance, Landlords, Cleaning, Travel, etc).
• Management of team budget and capex process.
• Management of consumable inventory (groceries, refreshments, branded bottled water etc)
• Management of Vodacom account for CFAO SA, CFAO Healthcare and AMS.
• Asset management for office inventory (including equipment and furniture).
• Management and co-ordination of conferences/events/CRU’s.
• Management of office operations and building maintenance.
• Biometrics management and access control.
• Completion and submission of monthly reports.
• Analysis and monthly tracking of expenditure reports.
• Lease deposit management.
• Management of Facilities Service Desk.
• Management and co-ordination of expat staff (housing, schools, vehicles, cell phones etc).
• Management of relevant projects.
• Oversee Health and Safety for the facility including ISO requirements.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations for Executives.
• Diary Management of Executives including scheduling of meetings for/on behalf of Executives
• Safekeeping of confidential documentation for signatories, discussion or dispute.
• Management of visitors (local and international) including VIP’s.
