We looking for a Fleet Sales Administration Officer M/F based : Zambia
Job description:
• Build strong relationship with fleet customers and enhance customer delight culture.
• Receive, meet and visit customers when necessary.
• Collect voice of the customer and lost customer
• Support Fleet Sales Team Leader in fleet accounting (sales, service, parts) for main fleet customers.
• Fleet database handling.
• Support event organization for fleet customers.
• Support collaboration with service team.
• Service reminder/appointments monitoring of Fleet Sales Team within 1st year.
• Monitor service appointment list to provide sales opportunity to Sales Consultant to meet new vehicle owners, and potentially offer test drive.
• Creation of SAP orders
• Updating TALO deliveries
• Ensuring all units are invoiced, all invoices signed by Sales Manager or National Sales Manager, and filed in appropriate deal files.
• Responsible for deal files management by ensuring 100% deal file completeness and handing over the deal files to the Sales Planning Team.
• Window person between PDI, Marketing, Service and Accounts department.
• Preparing and sending the weekly activity report to the Sales Manager
• Creation of commission claims for the team
• Assist tender team for preparing of tenders whenever called upon.
• Assisting in fleet sales processes including issuance of quotations, order acceptance and vehicle delivery
• Work closely with the fleet sales team leader to establish monthly order intake forecast and sales.
• Update activity report weekly and update Team Leader weekly.
• Update the 90-day report after each delivery and information weekly.
• Promote Kaizen Activities in the Fleet Sales to realize improvement KPIs (e.g. customs clearance achievement, delivery date accomplishment, etc).
• Assists in marketing events attendance.
• Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Profil request:
· Degree/Diploma in sales or any Business - related discipline
· One-Year experience in a sales / administrative role
· Good communication and analytical skills
· Negotiation and Time Management Skills
· Computer skills and Grade 12 certificate
· Driver’s license for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
