Job Description :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12/ Matric.
- A relevant qualification in Labour relations/ similar.
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience to chair high-profile disciplinary/ grievance hearings.
- Extensive experience dealing with conciliation/ arbitration cases at the DRC. (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and report-writing skills in English.
- Willing to travel countrywide to other branches, as and when required.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work without supervision.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable and responsible work ethic.
- Clean criminal record.
- Must ideally reside in the Roodepoort area.
Profil Request :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To chair large-scale online/ physical disciplinary hearings and grievances for branches of the company.
- To liaise with relevant managers as and when required in terms of scheduling hearings.
- Act as expert in terms of consultation and advice.
- To engage in administrative and reporting tasks within deadline.
- To represent the company at the DRC, as and when required.
- To travel to company branches, as and when required.
- Application of company’s disciplinary code, policies, and procedures consistently.
- Keeping a clear record of all administration pertaining to Labour Relations.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities as and when required.
