Job description:
CFAO Mobility Ghana Plc is seeking to hire an energetic individual to fill the position of Internal Control Assistant. The successful candidate will assist the Internal Controller in adapting and implementing the Group’s internal control standards, and to maintain efficient and effective working relations with operating management.
Profil request:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties
- Perform regular stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and control Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory.
- Reconcile postdated cheques in safe and returned cheques.
- Prepare the Annual Fixed Asset Inventory Report.
- Conduct month-end inventory checks across multiple categories, including multi-brand items, trucks, machinery, and asset vehicles.
- Assist in the (PACI) review process.
- Carry out random cash control checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Reconcile claims accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Prepare and follow up on litigation reports.
- Support vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
