Job description:
The Key Account Manager – B2B is responsible for accelerating sales growth and deepening engagement with high-potential corporate clients by delivering tailored Toyota mobility solutions. This role focuses on understanding client fleet needs, aligning vehicle offerings with operational goals, and building long-term partnerships that drive sustainable revenue. The Key Account Manager acts as a strategic advisor, leveraging Toyota’s brand strength and product reliability to deliver value-driven solutions while ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.
The role demands strategic thinking, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock mutual value.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Strategic Account Planning
Develop and implement customised account strategies for high-potential B2B clients, aligning Toyota vehicle solutions with their operational and strategic needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and fleet managers.
3. Sales Growth & Pipeline Development
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects to drive sustainable revenue growth.
4. Solution-Oriented Selling
Present and deliver tailored Toyota mobility solutions that demonstrate clear ROI, operational efficiency, and alignment with client business goals.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments—such as finance, aftersales, logistics, and customer relations—to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
6. Market & Client Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to inform sales strategies and enhance value propositions.
7. Contract Negotiation & Value Protection
Lead complex negotiations focused on long-term value creation, risk mitigation, and maintaining profitable, ethical partnerships.
