Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) OPERATION DIRECTOR EQUIPMENT (DOP EQUIPEMENT) H/F basé(e) :Nigéria
Description du poste :
The DOP is the direct contact for all Brand teams and represents CFAO in all matters and activities for which they are responsible.
His/her mission is to ensure, through the CF
You have a higher education and justify at least 10 years experiences on similar functions (After Sales service management, Mechanical workshops or Maintenance service), a knowledge of the automotive sector would be required.
You are an experienced manager known for your analysis ability, customer service oriented, and and excellent relational.
Organized, rigorous, facilitator and a suggestion force are few assets who will be useful to take charge of you assignment scope. (Trucks, construction equipment, forklifts, buses, tires):
- The commercial and after-sales development of the brands, in line with their strategies and market positioning
- Economic and financial profitability in line with CFAO objectives, by optimizing purchasing, inventory management, price positioning, pricing policy, human resources and sales promotion.
- The qualitative and quantitative development of the network and its integration into the CFAO Brands strategic development plan
COMMERCIAL / MARKETING DEVELOPMENT
- Develop the turnovers, the market share on your assigned scope
- Coordinate & manage the commercial activity
- Establish the planned Sales for 5 years
- Execute a commercial strategy, tariff and marketing who will be approved by the Managing Director
- Handle the daily brand animation on your scope
FINANCE / ADMINISTRATION
- Control the activity budget (turnover, margin, profitability on each site…)
- Answer to the call for tenders
- Maintain the monthly & annual reporting
- Handle the responsibility of the operational monitoring (0 red points in PACI
MANAGEMENT
- Determine & propose the optimum team organization
- Determine & execute best practices & process
- Maintain the continuous flexibility & team development
Profil recherché :
