Familiarity with legal processes and frameworks in debt recovery and third party approaches (insurance at car rental industry experience) at Hertz Rent A Car Head Office - Execujet Cape Town (Legal Dept)

Duties:
Performing administrative duties,
Retrieve documents from claims system
Handle requests for information
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries- via email and telephonic
Prepare written responses to third parties and clients
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, such as debt recovery, and third party approaches (Insurance in car rental industry) (typically 1-3 years).
Familiarity with legal processes and frameworks in debt recovery and third party approaches
Key Attributes:
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Resilient under pressure with good negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of local and international recovery regulations is a plus.(Car Rental Industry)
