Description du poste :
Within the Suzuki Business Unit of the Mobility division, reporting to the Suzuki brand manager, you will be involved in marketing & communication and Supply & Demand activities and act as the "Person In Charge" for some countries.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Communication :
- Development of marketing strategy.
- Budget for the marketing department.
- Guidance on global product and marketing standards (visual identity, communication).
- Management of product/pricing and marketing teams.
- Coordination of agency communication, briefs, digital activities, etc.
- Management of creating promotion campaigns.
- Standards follow-up.
- Working with the product team to align correct models with correct messages for markets.
Supply & Demand activities :
- Creation and execution of a 3-year annual plan with subsidiaries.
- Monthly execution of the annual plan and distributor orders (receiving, validating, and assigning them) within a defined scope.
- Managing monthly and projected manufacturer orders.
- Monitoring the integration of new production into internal systems and ensuring the proper execution of distributor order assignments.
- Preparing monthly reports on inventory, orders, and shipments by region and platform.
- Regular meetings with subsidiaries to achieve targeted objectives.
- Reviewing and improving the flow of products to subsidiaries based on required studies.
- Close communication with SMC and MSIL for any supply issues.
- Managing the team with a focus on supply planning and execution to achieve objectives.
- Monitoring market data and market performance of subsidiaries.
Profil recherché :
· Master's degree in Marketing.
· Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
· Strong understanding of global product and marketing standards.
· Excellent team management and leadership skills.
· Experience in supply chain management and demand planning.
· Interest and knowledge in the automotive industry are key success factors.
· Bilingual in French and English
· Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
