Summary Statement:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Sales Manager, National Operations Manager and Area
Sales Representatives with administrative tasks pertaining to the efficient functioning of the Sales Department.

· General administrative support and assistance to Sales Manager, National Operations Manager and Area Sales Representatives with processing Sales Orders, Invoicing, typing and formatting of various documents, filing; preparation of Excel spreadsheets, reports and PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
· Compilation of monthly, weekly and ad-hoc financial and statistical reports
· Compose, type and distribute meeting notes and routine correspondence
· Participate in ad-hoc projects related to department functions as and when required
· Assist Stock Controller in monthly stock take
· Ensure PACI procedure is followed
· Co-ordinating deliveries and collections of sales stock and orders
· Written and telephonic customer communication
· Effectively control assets (assist with stock checks, prepare and distribute appropriate reports)
· Approval of credit authorisation requests and completion
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including very strong verbal and grammatically correct written English
communication skills
· Ability to interact with senior management; excellent communication skills with people at all levels in an organisation
· Creativity and the ability to successfully manage multiple assignments independently
